I recently applied for FRC through the Nadra online portal.My application was quite complicated but the service i received was incredible.Specially Hashim bhai ,he did great effort .Finally I got my FRC certificate. Thanks to Hashim bhai and Tahir bhai,both are very cooperative.I really appreciated. Highly recommended

Cannot upload finger pics as they are always rejected due to poor cheap software. Its a scandal to oay £99 and nit even get an id card for this terrible app & poor software

Absolutely scam .don not apply through this website. They are not link to nadra in any way.i have spoke to nadra actual office.i have applied card through this website over there months now and it still hasn't been submitted yet.i have to apply again through office.people on this site before payment ring you every few hours after you pay them they don't even answer the call or reply to txt.so avoid at any cast.

I applied for a nicop renewal at the beginning of March of this year. They made us go through long process and it's been 2 months they aid my application was pending. Now they emailed us saying we haven't given an application when we got an email saying we submitted it. Phoned the headquarters in lahore and they said only biometrics done no application. We paid for it but it comes up as not paid for yet. We even paid extra to receive it earlier. When trying to log into pakidentity app using the email and password they gave to us to log in with it says invalid credentials so we can't reach the inbox and they never gave a tracking number either. We phoned them everyday multiple times a day even emailed them and messaged them but no one is bloody picking up or responding. Awful customer service have not helped us and have to go to pakistan end of this month and have no nicop. Because it's pending I can't forward another application or withdraw this one so I'd ont know if I'll ever be able to ever make a new nicop ever again. Awful company that doesn't respond or helo customers that are desperate.

Please Please don’t use their service for your NICOP, they are dodgy people and scamming innocent people in the UK. They have fake UK address and using UK sim for WhatsApp but they are operating from Pakistan. I applied NICOP though their service in feb until todays date I haven’t received it. I checked through Pak ID app it was my fee pending which they were suppose to pay but they didn’t. I paid them £100 plus again £45 NICOP fee. I have been since waiting and today I got it checked from Nadra Pakistan through one of my friend that what’s wrong with my application, he told me that your application was filled incorrectly and wrong information was inputed. I am advised to reapply if I need NICOP. It’s total waste of time and money. DONT use Nadra card centre service. If you visit NADRA website they have also mentioned their name as fake company who is scamming people in many countries.

I applied for 3 cards. 2 renewals & 1 new card.
The renewals were straight forward, as expected from any place you renew a card from.
But as for the new card which I submitted my application in November, this was a disaster.
After every few weeks, they would ask me to resubmit ALL the documentation again. They asked me to do this 3 times.
After 5 months of chasing them and going in circles, I asked them to refund me.
And even getting a refund was not smooth and they didn't give a full refund back.

Very helpful even when we struggled to do everything online called me and stayed on call talked me through everything. Would definitely recommend doing online rather than going into the offices

I’m very satisfied with the service from NADRA Card Centre. The process was smooth, quick, and professionally handled. I received my NICOP without any issues, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Highly recommend their service!

I have lost my nicop card after speaking to someone from the nadra centre helpline in Peterborough i was told to download telegram and start the process. Paid £199.so i could get my nicop card faster after 5 days i was asked to go on the pak identity website and fill in information, right at the end of this process it said as my father had passed away we had to register his death with nadra. I was told my husband should go and register the death as he is in pk at this time ,he was told by the nadra centre in pakistan that only children can register the death. Absolutely frustrating and disappointed with the help recieved from them


I have myself gone on the pak identity website and within 10 min of registering my fathers death i recieved conformation it had been done. lets see what happens when i ask for a refund,
