Nadia coached my son to help him prepare for an apprenticeship assessment centre. She helped him understand what to expect, worked through practice questions with him and helped him identify examples that demonstrated his experience and strengths. She coached him on how to present himself positively and fully. Nadia has a very calm and encouraging approach that instilled confidence and energy. He nailed the assessment centre, even though it was his first one and is now 8 months into the role. I am sure it would have been a very different outcome without Nadia’s sage inputs.
