I don’t know if anyone else has been having this issue.
But for nearly 2months now I’ve been trying to get soft beige acrylic and it has been sold out of ever size!!! Since the end of November.

I’ve used them several times and the products are always top notch, delivery and customer service is great. I’m not a professional, just enjoy doing my own nails. I use their dehydrator, acid primer and builder gel to build an apex and shape. My nails don’t budge. I work in a lab and wash my hands constantly and they still bond well.

Gel polishes are well pigmented, great consistency and staying power.

Finish and longevity are so much better than anything from Amazon.

At first they forgot my monomer which they ended up sending me one with was fine but whenever I use the monomer and acrylic powder it’s turns gooey and doesn’t stick on the tip I put the monomer in the fridge for about 10 minutes but same the same outcome

i've been ordering naio nails for months and on the 29th of august i ordered 2 bottles of monomer and a top coat as i needed it and payed extra for next day shipping and still not come and says awaiting stock yet it said all the products i ordered are in stock

We as a salon have been using Naio nails over the last few years. We order every month from them. We ordered the urban graffiti top coat and when received was lumpy and yellow and send a video showing this in order to get these refunded we would be required to send them back to be tested. I’m sorry but not my problem, you sent out defective product , you organise for these to be picked up and returned and in the meantime replace the product to us as this left us having to order elsewhere to have stock. The customer service rep was rude and did not care about us a valued customer. If that’s the value you have for our business , happy to take it elsewhere

Been using naio nails products for almost 4 years now and would never use anything else. Have never tried their primers or dehydrators before but have had a terrible time with lifting on my acrylics recently so bought the ultra Bond acid primer and the nail prep dehydrator and I am amazed. 3 weeks in without even a hint of lifting. My nails are firmly in place. Angry at myself for not buying sooner could have saved myself a lot stress and product. Highly highly recommend!
