Absolutely love my bottles for dish soap and hand soap. I got the bronze pumps. Love them I feel so posh with these bottles by my kitchen sink 😁 and delivery was fab also and well wrapped up so no chance of breakage.

Communication is extremely poor
Communication is extremely poor, took 25hrs to respond to my complaint. I didn't even receive my order as was a problem with the courier, had to do a charge back via my bank.

I’ve ordered form here before with no…
I’ve ordered form here before with no problems but this time only the pump was sent out & no bottle.
I’ve sent umpteen emails & not one person has responded. So in this case it’s a one star from me this time. I really shouldn’t as a customer have to keep sending emails for this problem to be corrected.

Poor customer service
I bought 3 items 4 months ago , I was disappointed with the quality of the kitchen spray . It seamed cheap compared to the bottles being of good quality . The spray has now stopped working . I have emailed twice with no response , customer service is poor with no contact . Customer service is by email which doesn’t receive a reply so there isn’t any customer service . The bottles are not cheep so this is not a good experience .
