Not recommended

Not recommended. Received a damaged item. Asked for an exchange, their customer service confirmed that the exchange was confirmed and will receive the item in 1-2 days. After 2 days I followed up, they called and cancelled the exchange and told me to place an exchange request AGAIN. Then they called advising that yhe requesed size is no longer available after.

Don’t bother ever ordering from them

I have never encountered such incompetent customer service. I have ordered an item which was supposed to be delivered the next day and it’s been 5 days the customer service is saying they don’t know why it’s not being shipped and either to wait or cancel the item

This is a fraud company

This is a fraud company . Please don’t buy anything from it . I ordered a bag during the promotion and they assured delivery with in a week. It didn’t got delivered on date , when I contacted the customer service they were asking me to cancel the item because it is not dispatched yet and it is yet to be shipped from international warehouse. I don’t know what they mean by that . Now I can see the item in full price and they have the stock of the same . But they are refusing to deliver because I ordered during promotion .
When I contacted the customer service they were forcing me to cancel the item but I didn’t cancel it . And they assured the delivery of the item within a week . Today I got a message that my order has been cancelled without my concern. And about the refund it is showing it will be get refunded with in one week and i am not sure about that, because so far it looks like fraud .

Namshi is a fraud company

Number one fraud company, they took my return and not updated on app when I complained they claiming they “spoke to the pick up driver and he says item was no picked up do u have a camera to confirm if item was picked up” can u believe this… I shared my call history and the contact details of the driver who picked the item but they give me same lame reason as driver said I didn’t pickup… fraudsters never buy a product from Namshi. Worst service I nearly spoke to 8 customer care personnel and sent so many emails. It’s a big scam by Namshi.

No refund of money for 1 months!

I returned the missing item immediately on 3 December 2025, but to this day I have not received my refund. I was later told the delivery person failed to register the return at the warehouse.
Since then, I receive weekly calls with the same empty updates, as if from robots, while my money is still being held. This situation is entirely due to their poor management.
I am deeply disappointed and have lost all trust in this company. Keeping a customer’s money for your own mistake is unacceptable. I would never recommend this app.

The online customer servis was so poor, today 27th of December my Second day delay my order, The deliver and costumer service miss comunication each others, because of them my christmas gift is getting late😡 and also the online customers servis said she will follow up about the delay, but no take action at all

unethical and unfair trade practices

Very Bad experience, they are running a pure Con. I order an item and got confirmation for order and expected date of delivery was promised after 1 week. Even after 2 weeks my order is not yet delivered. When i was reached out by their customer service they are asking me to cancel the order and giving reason as order package was misplaced. And they are now asking me to place a new order. I can see on their website that they are selling the same item and their is no issue of stock as well. Its just bcoz i ordered my item during promotion period they are refusing to delivery the stuff. its purely unethical and unfair trade practices.

Very bad customer support

My experience with Namshi’s service and support center has been extremely disappointing. Any issue related to exchanges, whether due to incorrect sizing or receiving the wrong color takes over four weeks to resolve, even after sending multiple follow-up emails. What makes it worse is that returns are equally inefficient, with no clear communication or timely action from their side. The delays and lack of accountability from the support team make the entire process unnecessarily frustrating. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Namshi by any means.

STILL no refund

It's been WEEKS since Namshi didn't refund me correctly for an item that they incorrectly delivered. STOP trying to call me, I cannot take calls at work and I don't WANT or NEED to talk to you at all, I JUST want the refund I am owed and legally due! It's not difficult. You owe me nearly 300 SAR and I want it back. These reviews will keep being left until I get my money back. Return my money now, please.

Don’t but from Namshi

Bought an adidas Boston 12 running shoe from this website and it broke down in 3 months. The sole left upper body with normal usage.
I thought they would provide a solution but they didn’t help me with anything no discount voucher, no supplier details that i can discuss with them about the quality issues with the shoe. Please don’t buy from them

CASHBACK OVER AED200 - GONE!

I am extremely disappointed to discover that my cashback of over 200 AED has expired. What makes this worse is that I received no notification whatsoever — neither via email, SMS, nor within the app — about the approaching expiry.

This lack of communication is unacceptable and has caused a significant inconvenience. As a loyal customer, I expect better transparency and fairness.

I am requesting that you restore my expired cashback or provide a goodwill voucher equivalent to the lost amount. I trust that Namshi values its customers and will take prompt action to address this issue.

I also urge your team to improve notification practices so that other customers do not face the same problem in the future.

Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.

My order didn't come yet

My order didn't come yet, one week delayed as per the delivery date mentioned on the app.. But clearly didn't come. I'm afraid they delivered it to the wrong person.. It happened to me twice I ordered 2 years ago if I'm not mistaken, I realized that I ordered from Namshi.. I wouldn't order in Namshi if I knew it was from them.. Zero star zero.. This app will soon be closed Coz it is a scam!!!!
