I have used NannyPaye for almost 9 years and always have had excellent service. Having the weekly payment, pension and HMRC taken care of for our housekeeper has been seamless. Reminders are always sent out for the HMRC payments. When employee issues have arised NannyPaye provided advice and support, as well as consulting with the legal team to be sure that all procedures are lawful. With NannyPaye you have peace of mind that you as an employer are supported, and your employee has assurance that their needs and rights are also protected. I have two families using nannypaye currently and have had another one prior to these. My families have all been happy but importantly I have always been happy. My pay is always correct and my taxes are done right even when I have new tax codes from HMRC. They have always answered the phone quickly to me and helped me when I have questions.

This is my opinion:
As a nanny please avoid this company!
Their contract is extremely unfair on the nanny's side, also gives out very questionable advise on wages.

They are not up to standard on nanny shares.
I would not and will not recommend this company now or in the future.

Accurate, timely, polite payroll and compliance for more years than I care to remember! Highly recommended.

NannyPaye is reliable and professional. They are friendly, patient and trustworthy. Willing to help under stressful conditions. When HMRC credited my tax payment for the wrong quarter and sent me a demand for it, I spent ages trying to contact HMRC with no luck. One call to NannyPaye, and they handled it within a day. Sorted. Really appreciate this organisation!
