The bags are wonderful. I have introduced it to a few friends, and they all love it. Compact, lightweight, sturdy, and easy to pack away. I just hope there would be more less kiddy patterns, and I hope there will be a new KS campaigns with more patterns to choose from.

Great bags in every way! I've backed nanobag on kickstarter since the 2nd version and always buy 10 at a time to give to friends as well. They're very compact and easy to stuff in a pocket somewhere for easy access, and they're also very durable. So far only one (1) of my nanobags have torn at the seams after several years of use. 10/10 do recommend!

I have way more than I can use but they are cute and very sturdy so I gift them.. and buy some more! 😂❤️❤️

Extremely useful
Blue xl after 2-3 years lost the shine and has some small holes along the stitches
Slings are good for bicycling- when suddenly a need to carry

Amazing quality. Holds heaps and have not seen a tear

I love the light weight and that they are small when stored but can carry a lot when in use. I prefer the sling bags that keep your hands free when carrying.
In the first set the backpack type had some errors in stitching but that was solved in the next version.

Very useful and durable. The only regret is that in one of my bags, the string linked to the storage bag has been broken.

Look forward to having more nanobag in different sizes. For examples, my daughter need a hand carry for her textbooks, also sometimes a bag for carrying her sports uniform and sport shoes is also very welcome.

Very durably and lightweigt bags. Multiple sizes, forms and design choices. Been a customer since the start. The first onces still going strong. :-)

I'm a nanobag supporter right from their start. I use my nanos daily and I have given them to practically all my friends and family. They fit into literally very bag or pocket, they are beautiful and practically indestructible (unless one decides to actually cut them up). I still look forward to new designs and shapes. The backpack in particular has found many friends! ❤️

I was introduced to Nanobags when they were first on the funding websites, Kickstarter.com and Indiegogo.com. They have grown into a real all the time business. They will often have special pricing for prior customers. Nanobags continues to create different designs and styles. I can truly be called a "Bag Lady" because of the number of Nanobags I own and also those I gift to friends and family.

This company delivers a quality product on time and has a variety of options to satisfy the consumer. Love the product, holds up well and everyone loves the designs so they succeed at knowing what people want and need!!

Ever since the first version of the Nanobag release, the product has held up nicely with the exception of the string drawcord. I noticed that's the first to breakdown.

Very slow response from the customer service and only after I posted a bad revue on trust pilot. Also, they use a terrible courier service (UniUni)
They gave me a free bag for my trouble.
The product itself is fine but still overpriced for what it is hence my 3 stars.

They participate in bogus discounting (price hikes for sales) practices.
Bought a bunch of bags with their Black Friday discount for supposedly 15% discount. Checked prices after the event finished and the original prices had come down to essentially discounted pricing. Not too happy.
Ships fast, but also got my order wrong. However they were responsive and shipped out missing bags quickly which is worth noting.

Ordered bags for Christmas, supposed to be delivered in 5-15 days but the last tracking was 8 days ago saying awaiting handover to the carrier in China.
I'm worried it's lost and after reading other experiences here I don't think I'll receive a response from my emails to the company.
Poor customer service 😔
If I don't hear back I'll have to claim a refund through my bank.

Perfect,if you order close to december is normal the shipment is slow,you wait and is coming no problem.
The material is good but maybe a little expensive but is a personal choice to buy it anyway good.

I ordered a bag well over a week ago and still haven’t received it, despite paying for delivery. I’ve emailed the company multiple times, using several of their listed email addresses, but I have not received any response, and there is no other way to contact them.
Extremely disappointed and currently out of pocket.
Update, finally heard back from them and the sent another. I do feel this was only because I left a 1 star review.
Product seems ok so far.

I LOVE Nanobags! I have the 25L bags everywhere. Three in each car (for groceries), 1 in my purse, and 1 with my travel stuff. The large bags a SO sturdy and hold SO much stuff. I often get compliments on the cute colors and designs. I also use the zippered backpack when traveling. It is so small, light and easy to pack and it makes a perfect lightweight daypack while I am on my trips. Sometimes I give a friend a gift "wrapped" in a Nanobag for them to keep. I show them the ease in which they fold back into their tiny lightweight pouch. They are always amazed!
I would be lost without my Nanobags!

We’re a 30s couple living in Vancouver and have had nanobags since the beginning. Now, we both have two XL bags each in our day packs at all times. Plus a couple more sitting in jacket pockets for when we’re just out and about and happen to need a bag.

We love our nanobags. They are worth every penny. The team designing them are constantly making them better, from analysing stitches to improve strength without adding bulk to relentless tweaking of the shoulder straps and handle drop to optimise for holding by your side or over the shoulder.

The bags are so small they practically disappear until we need them. And it helps that the designs are cool too!
