Just vanished without a trace! There is no information about it anywhere online. It says everything is suspended to make improvements but it was there almost 2 months now. Don’t they feel responsible to their customers at all? Hope nobody lost money because of the suspension! 0 Star!

I can’t reach their website any more. I don’t think the business is functioning as it used to. As a former seller and buyer, this is a disappointment. I hope it’s back on line soon.

Narchie has apparently closed down but not notified me as a user! Nothing online to say Narchie is no longer open for business. How bizarre

Spent hours uploading a ton of listings to drafts. I'm now ready to let them go live and sell, I can't get on Narchie at all. I keep getting a "This site can’t be reached" error message if I try to log on via the desktop site. And if I log in on the phone app, it says I have no listings and everything is gone. No issues with my internet, phone or laptop. All other sites and apps I've been on have worked perfectly fine as usual. It's just this site.

I am a seller and have been having issues logging in so I can't access my account at all. I have written to support 3 times now and had no response. I can't even close my account. Tried everything with no luck and no response. Pretty poor service. I eventually messaged them on Instagram and they have confirmed that they are ending the platform due to lack of interest from investors. Still no confirmation via email as promised and it seems others are having the same experience. It's a pity but I think they could have handled this better.

Never order from this company again !!!!
They are absolutely scammers, very unprofessional and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !

BIG MISTAKE!

Shockingly bad .No support whatsoever when you try to contact them via the 'support' section. Have sent several messages requesting help with connecting to my stripe account, and just been ignored.
Sold an item, and havno idea whee the payment has disappeared to.

I’ve had a great experience with Narchie as a seller and as a buyer. The app is great and so easy to use. I found uploading items to sell was particularly easy compared to other sites I’ve used I really like the selection of homeware that they have and would recommend to buyers looking for unique items and sellers who fall into that category. I’ve also had a few credits for orders which is really nice.

Absolutely love the app. So many gorgeous rare pieces and the whole app is so well curated!

As both a seller and buyer, this app has made it incredibly easy for the sellers of unique, quirky, outstanding homewares and accessories find their client base! Excellent app and highly recommended!

The team at Narchie are always willing to listen to feedback and are constantly making the app better each day for the sellers and the buyers! If something goes wrong, they actively try to sort it to support a getter experience.

It's built up a little community of sellers, who can work together to support each other and build an even better experience for the customers.

Useless. For an app that is going to take ten percent in fees I would expect a better service. Managed to post two items then it kept telling me to set up my shop. I had already done that or I wouldn't have been able to list the first two items. Emails exchanged with customer services, they had no idea then stopped bothering to reply. Back to eBay and Etsy. Don't waste your time with this app.

I did sign up? I had a shop with you for a while, but it was useless. It kept crashing when I tried to load up photos. I did contact you with no luck whatsoever. It’s taken you nearly two years to see my review which really says a lot! I emailed you in August 22, Sept 22. Your suggestion was to switch my phone on and off! It kept asking me to sign up when I already had a bloody shop! Then I couldn’t load any photos. Then I lost all my followers and shops I had followed. It’s ok I sold it all on ebay and paid loads less fees!

The print arrived quickly with excellent communication from the seller. I absolutely love it, it’s excellent quality and I had no problems with the service. Very happy, would definitely buy from them again.
