Do not do business with Nashville Tax Solutions. This firm operates on empty promises, fails to deliver meaningful results, and goes silent the moment they collect your payment. A quick online search reveals their true track record and patterns of poor service. Furthermore, they actively block negative feedback online. I am genuinely shocked that they maintain a decent Better Business Bureau (BBB) rating given this experience.

I hired Nashville Tax Solutions to assist with both my IRS and California state tax matters, and unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing.

Before hiring them, I had already negotiated an Offer in Compromise with the IRS myself. After taking my case, Nashville Tax Solutions essentially presented the same amount I had already obtained, so I did not see any meaningful additional benefit on the federal side.

My biggest concern was the California tax matter. Despite hiring the company to assist with my state tax issues, my wife and I ultimately experienced wage garnishments. I had to contact the State of California myself, submit the necessary paperwork, negotiate directly with the state, and successfully obtain the release of my wife’s wage garnishment. I have official correspondence documenting that release.

Communication was also a major problem. I found the company very responsive when collecting my monthly payments, but after I had paid their fees in full, communication became significantly worse. I also repeatedly felt that the representative handling my case was not sufficiently familiar with my file.

I also dispute the company’s characterization of an IRS payment “skip.” My understanding from my communications with the IRS was that I was instructed to stop making payments during that period; it was not simply a payment benefit Nashville Tax Solutions obtained for me.

Based on my experience, I paid for professional tax-resolution services but ultimately had to take substantial action myself to resolve the most urgent state issue. I have requested a full refund of the fees I paid.

This review reflects my personal experience and the documentation and communications I have retained.

Based on my experience, do not hire Nashville Tax Solutions for an important IRS matter if you need timely filings, reliable communication, and levy protection. I paid $15,000, but their failures left me exposed to a large levy and in a far worse position than before I hired them.

This is not simply about an unfavorable IRS decision or a promise of a particular outcome. It is about specific service failures.

Nashville did not complete and file the Effective Tax Administration Offer in Compromise before the levy. Only a preliminary draft existed, and the medical-hardship package was not ready. The Appeals officer documented that Nashville representative did not return her call requesting additional information.

Nashville knew of the adverse Appeals decision on April 21, 2026, but did not tell me before I discovered on April 27 that my income-producing brokerage account had been frozen. During that critical window, they did not warn me, file the OIC to freeze collections, obtain a levy release, or take effective emergency action as they promised in the sales process and contract.

Communication throughout the matter was extremely poor. I repeatedly had to ask for updates, deadlines, and information that should have been communicated, but it wasn't until my business was frozen.

My business account remained unusable for about four weeks. I suffered major business losses, delayed medical care, paid thousands for emergency replacement representation, and was forced to sign a waiver authorizing the IRS to take my entire IRA—hundreds of thousands of dollars—to save my business.

Their contract may describe their obligation as best efforts, but consumers should know that, in my case, critical paperwork was not completed in time, important communications were missed, and I was not warned before the levy occurred.

Nashville Tax Solutions knows exactly who I am, has my full legal name in its records and can identify this matter from the $15,000 fee, dates, representatives, and detailed facts in this review. I was a paying client and can privately provide Trustpilot with the signed agreement, payment records, emails, and IRS representation documents, promises and guarantees they didn't meet. The company’s response does not address any of the service failures described above.

Nashville Tax Solutions exceeded all of my expectations. Isabela, her assistant Willow, and my closer Marlon truly went above and beyond. They cared about me and my family, not just the money, and made a stressful tax situation so much easier. They kept me informed, answered every question, and genuinely fought to help me. I would like to say that if you find ourself behind on paying or filing your taxes, Nashville Tax Solutions is the only way to go. Isabela and her assistant Williow worked a miracle for me. This comes after I previously used a different tax solution company, in which things didnt go as I hoped. The process with the previous company was a lot longer and didnt generate the type of results that I was looking and paying for. But Nashville Tax Solutions got the job done in a spectator fashion.
