Otherwise everything was fine but I got wrong device. It was quickly corrected once I noticed it and the right one is sent. Service and communication is excellent.

Reliable store and good customer support
I’m satisfied with my purchase. The MikroTik Chateau Pro arrived faster than the estimated delivery time, which was a nice surprise.
I did run into some issues while installing additional tools on the device, so I contacted the store via email. They replied the same day and provided clear, usable instructions that solved the problem.
In the end, I got exactly what I expected from both the device and the seller. Professional and reliable experience overall.
