They were wonderful, extremely friendly and helpful!
Unfortunately, the Swipesimple app I'm supposed to use won't work. I tried half a dozen times and feel like I wasted their time since the app won't work. It wants me to log in, but that doesn't work. I tried to find out more and it wanted me to start the application process all over again. The agents were wonderful but the app won't work.

Very patient with me during my set didn't rush me I am a low vision individual.
