Everything was very easy to set up. I understood all the people I talked with because they spoke perfect English and that in itself is a huge positive. I look forward to seeing how this system compares to Square.

Easy to setup and it’s affordable price for small businesses.

I received a call from customer service asking about my bad review I had written. To help me with a problem I had 4 days ago when I couldn't get any help.So I asked to close my account. And she was willing to help me close it but in the same breath offered to waive any monthly fees accumulated if I wrote a good review on her calling trying to help 4 days later. I think it's a bunch of different companies that's not on the same page trying to scam your business out of money. Beware: take your time and check out the Fees and interest rates they so call passing onto the customer. And hold your hard earned money for 48 to72 hours and even longer if it falls on the weekend . The customer service fist and foremost, is barnone. I received a call following up on the product shipment and if I had received it. Turns out, I wasn't aware that I would be receiving a physical device because I thought it was all through my phone. So glad they called to walk me through the process on how all of this works and for a check up. Had they not gone this extra mile, the device would have been either lost or returned as it was picked by a neighbor, who didn't know the name of our new adventure. Thank you for extending the courtesy of reaching out. My God is certainly amazing!🙏🏾🙌🏾👏🏾

Listened to what I was actually looking for and got me the setup I needed for my business. No AI answering service, a real person answered the phone initially and a real person setup my account. An American in America doing business with us in America, what an actual business concept. What we all really want when choosing a company these days. Friendly and fast to answer questions, got setup in hours not days. I think that speaks for itself. Highly recommend!
