What a great company
What a great company. I ordered from the Abercarn branch but Cardiff were also very helpful). Phone answered by a super friendly and efficient person - ( whatca joy not to have a horrible automated answering system). Order placed mid afternoon and arrived first thing next day. The shower panels are fabulous.
Won't be going anywhere else for the next bathroom.

I'm very positive with customer…
I'm very positive with customer service, the skirting board were good. There was information about 3-5 working days for placing order not for delivery. I didn't readed it, so on 4th day I called the customer service, and they delivered the order next day. Thank you again.

Size
I needed to know the dimensions of the parts I ordered and, having asked, I was given incorrect information. I asked it to be checked and was told the measurements given were correct.
If I hadn't decided this information was wrong, I might no have bought the items.
On receipt of the goods I checked the dimensions and found they were indeed different to what I was told. And I emailed to given the office the correct information.
Although I imagine these dimensions are not important to some customers, it would seem appropriate to include them with product information.
