I have recently started a Level 5 Apprenticeship with National Upskill, the quality and service of their tutoring and materials are outstanding. It has made it very easy for me to complete alongside my role as a production manager. I would recommend to anyone who is looking to complete a course during working time.

I am seven months into my 24 month apprenticeship - Level 4 Digital Accessibility Specialist. I've noticed a huge change in my confidence when discussing accessibility with colleagues, and my knowledge is ever expanding!

I've learned so much about how different people use websites and apps, whether they're using screen readers, voice recognition software, keyboard navigation, or need simpler layouts because of cognitive disabilities.

The complexities of the intertwining legalities and guidelines is a meaty subject to cover, but what I love about National Upskill's approach is that my tutor, Barrie, considers my learning style and thought processes when setting tasks, and breaks everything down into monthly chunks that don't leave me feeling swamped – and the tasks are super clear, so I always know exactly what I need to do next.

The steady pace has made learning about digital accessibility enjoyable, and I can keep up with my day job without stressing out. It's honestly the perfect setup for learning something new while working full-time.

Mish has been an outstanding tutor throughout my apprenticeship journey. Her support has been consistent, genuine, and incredibly impactful.

She always ensures that the learning truly sticks by incorporating interactive quizzes during our sessions, which I find extremely helpful for retaining knowledge.

Her teaching style is engaging and enjoyable, and she creates an environment where everyone feels comfortable and encouraged to participate. Mish goes above and beyond to support us. Not just academically, but also in our day-to-day roles.
Whether she’s explaining a complex task or helping to navigate workplace challenges, she’s always there with practical advice, encouragement, and positivity.

Her energy, kindness, and infectious smile have genuinely made a difference to my learning experience. Every online session has been something to look forward to, thanks to her uplifting attitude .

I am working towards my Level 5 Professional Coaching qualification through National Upskill and my experience so far has been first rate. Initial conversations about enrolling were really informative, with a key focus on the right fit for me, it wasn't sales like at all. My tutor Gill is so knowledgeable and helpful, and available to answers questions outside our sessions if I need help. The sessions we have are flexible and Gill is really accommodating to my hectic works schedule which is appreciated! Very nice touch when I enrolled of a personalised note pad being delivered to me, a real wow moment and set the tone for a great experience so far.

Sarah has been really helpful throughout my entire apprenticeship. I really recommend national upskill to anyone who is thinking about doing an apprentieship.

My apprenticeship has been a very positive experience so far, and I am infinitely thankful for the support that has come my way. My tutor, Gill, has been one of the best things to come out my apprenticeship. She has been supportive and extremely knowledgeable; she gives constructive criticism and encouragement, which has made me stronger in terms of both confidence and skill during my apprenticeship.

Another special shout-out goes to the absolutely amazing Mish! She has been just incredibly supportive-whether explaining tasks, supporting me in day-to-day work, or stepping in whenever there are a few complications to work through. It has been so uplifting to have positive energy and kindness supported by practical help every day and her smile and laugh makes my day every time we had a session online.

The wonderful experiences with Gill and Mish have meant that my apprenticeship journey has been fabulous in every way and enjoyable. I now feel confident with where I am and ready to grasp the new stepping stones stacked in front of me. I am thankful to have had a powerful support network carrying me through. Well done Ladies!

I managed to secure an apprenticeship all thanks to Helen who was always there to give me tips and tricks for my interview. Since starting, I have learnt numerous new things during my course led by my kind tutor Mish. Furthermore, I have since won Star Of The Quarter at my company with the help of integrating what I have learnt in my classes.

I am currently completing an Apprenticeship with National Upskill and I am very impressed with my experience so far. I feel very well supported by the staff members and they are always on hand to provide further information and support additional to my regular detailed sessions. I am very happy with my experience and I am looking forward to learning more from my tutor over the coming months.

As a result of working on my apprenticeship over the last 9 months, I have gained so much knowledge on management practices and through doing so I feel more confident in my role.

The whole experience has given me the knowledge and confidence I need to move forward with my professional development.

The course is structured well, and the assignments are spaced out, giving you enough time to complete them without losing too much time away from my daily duties. The information and use of technology has been an excellent, allowing me to complete my work remotely and also communicate with tutors the same way.

In summary simply a great company, with brilliant resource and staff to enable people to succeed with their qualifications. I am very happy with my experience.
