They cancelled our bus a day before and bullied us into a much expensive service. We had no option but to go with it as it was last minute. It’s been 10 days and they haven’t refunded the deposit we paid. So be very careful they come across very nice company but they are not.

I booked with Nationwide very last minute and they were more than willing to accommodate our request. Our lovely driver took us from London to Leeds and back- no complaints! Good communication from the nationwide team

There was mixed reviews for this company on trustpilot, but my experience with them recently was brilliant. They sub contracted our journey from Glastonbury to London at 4am, not the easiest job with traffic, low signal etc.

Mohammed, the travel manager, always picked up the phone and was very helpful via phone and email. The vehicle and driver were great and the journey was seamless.

Overall, it made a stressful logistical challenge as easy as possible. Thank you.

Mohammed helped us a lot sorting our wedding and it was the smoothest experience ever! They responded to our enquiry within 20 minutes and had given us a quote straight away. Used them to book my day trip to The Lakes and it was more than what I was expecting! Driver showed up on time and was very helpful throughout the trip. We were given complimentary water bottles and snacks too! Ideal for days out and full day hires, I highly recommend and will definitely use them again. I recently needed Mini Bus hire for my football team .. it was a complicated request with distance and time being the issue.
After discussing with Mesum and Ben at Nationwide, I was delighted with the plan they worked out for us.
They could not have been any more helpful and managed to get us exactly what we needed.
The coach was luxury, which made our journey very comfortable and enjoyable.
I can't Thank the Guys enough for pulling out a solution to what we thought would have been an impossible task.. and the price was great too.

I used Mini Bus Service to get to a festival and back home, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They were available anytime I called, super reliable, and even made sure we were warm and comfortable on the way back. The driver played music, didn’t mind the noise at all, and kept the vibe fun and relaxed. Their WhatsApp customer service was also really quick and helpful. I’ll definitely be using them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free ride. Thanks again, guys!

Would give 0 stars if I could.
9 people travelling to airport for a wedding, bride and groom travelling with us; cancelled with 4 hours notice at 11pm saying driver had had a crash. We messaged the number they gave us for the driver and had a response of “think you have the wrong number” clearly lied and only wanted to give us 50% back, the most stressful trip trying to get to the airport at that time, not made easier by having to chase constantly for the money back. Hussain is a scam artist, don’t fall victim to this!

Booked a trip for 10 of us travelling from Glasgow to Ayr last weekend. A great service, all on time and no hassles. Would highly recommend Hussein for the organisation and our drivers who were v pleasant to to deal with..

Great communication, were allowed to connect to bluetooth and have drinks onboard. Value for money!

We used them for a long 3hr trip with 70 people and the service was excellent! They came on time and were all around very helpful - from the admin team to the drivers

This time is my first visit London.
So i little worried, but nationwideminibus is very kind and nice.
Especially, staff Hussain is very nice and kind. I really appreciate to Hussain. And i also recommend Nation wide minibus.
