Native Denim claim to be producing all of their jeans in Dublin, Ireland, this is not the case. I found a label on the inside of my jeans from a factory in Turkey, I raised this with Native Denim who admitted that they produce their off the peg range in Turkey. This is not indicated anywhere on their website and is very disappointing. I do not recommend Native Denim.

Just did the master class with Patrick. What a wonderful way to spend an afternoon if you are interested in fashion, sewing or denims. Patrick has a wealth of knowledge on denim and the history of tailoring in Dublin and is so generous with his time. I’d highly recommend doing the master class, I’ll be booking in for an appointment for denims 😄

Personal service and style guidance. I went in for a regular off the peg pair of jeans. It took a little while for them to soften, but even early on, I knew I wanted more. So I went in to Suzan and after a bit of advice and consultation, I ordered two of the raw denims (one of which I have left in the cupboard for "later"!). After a small bit of persuasion, I got a pair of moleskines, which was more expensive again. It's not something I would naturally buy myself. I absolutely adore my moleskines. So I ordered another pair, in a different colour, for "good wear, later". Then I ordered the T-Shirts. They are heavier than I am used to, but after a few washes, you realise you will have these a long time. I wear through Jeans, shoes, etc. very very quickly. I'll pop back here in a few years and let you know how it goes ;)

So glad I took the chance! I love my jeans and my coat and visiting Susan throughout the process for fittings was always a pleasure.

Beautiful studio that lives in a historic building. I discovered Native before a long trip to Ireland and looked forward to visiting since I arrived. Susan was very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I got a pair of the blue line selvedge jeans, and Susan tailored them perfectly to my height. So happy to bring home a piece of Ireland to the States.

I had been following Native Denims on Instagram for quite a long time, before I decided to order a pair of jeans. I went for the 'off the peg' option, expecting to choose from already made jeans, with some minor adjustments to leg length if needed.

What I got was an incredible service - my jeans were made especially for me, after an initial meeting to get my size just right. Susan was generous with her time and absolutely oozes knowledge and experience.

I love my new jeans, I wear them several times a week and they are beginning to mold to my shape already. This kind of raw denim is a very new experience for me, so I'm learning as I go, but it's such a gift to meet the person making your clothes, see the rolls of fabric, see the machinery & learn about the process. That experience alone is special!

I want these jeans to last years, rather than replace them every season. When you consider the cost per wear, these jeans are incredibly good value!

I had some of the best customer service I have ever received in Ireland with Native Denim. Susan and her team make sure everything is perfect before your purchase and I had multiple fittings. The warehouse space is so cool and Susan gave me an education on denim and fast fashion during the jean making process. I have worn my jeans almost every day since! No joke, they're super comfortable and flattering. They fit like a dream, no comparison to off the rack. 10/10!

Myself and a group of friends recently took a tour in the Native Denims factory in King’s Inns Street, hosted by Susan. She was such a great source of information regarding the construction and detail that goes into each bespoke piece. Garments definitely made to last and just get better with time. I’d highly recommend a visit to one of Dublins oldest original factories still in operation. Susan Frew
