Their customer service needs WORK!
I have been ordering different products from this company for forever- they sometimes take weeks to ship it out. I’m currently on week two of waiting just for them to ship my order. I used to order their products from chewy but kept seeing mold in them (chewy customer service was fantastic about it) so I try to order directly from them for freshness. Their service is so bad and some guy named Alex just stops responding. I’m fed up and at the point where I’ll probably just find some similar products for my dogs.
I ordered from native pet and I liked the products but then realized that my dogs soft stools and diarrhea did not resolve. My husband suggested that I stop the native pet supplements to see what would happen so I did and the day after I stopped my dog had a normal stool. I requested a refund and native pet sent me a label. I retuned the items and tracking shows they received it on 7/18 but nothing from native pet. I have emailed several times because there is no other mode of contact for this company and no response, I’ve tried the so called text number I found but no response, I even messaged on Facebook and nothing. I would’ve recommended this company to others because I see that some say it did help their dog but now with all of this shady mess, they have their product back and and my money I would say buyer beware of these people.
If I receive no response in the next week I will actively make it my mission to post on every social media platform about how they kept my money. I have the emails from”Alex” and the label and tracking delivery confirmation. It’s really ridiculous that companies think it’s ok to steal from people.
I have had a monthly subscription for probiotics and calming chews since April 2022 that has always been paid monthly using PayPal. Today I was sent an email reference payment issue that was presented to me in a way that seemed suspicious and very much like a phishing email and had a link to click on looking very similar to the way phishing emails are set up. When I reached out to Native Pet they said my payment failed and they needed me to update to providing them with a credit card and again forwarded a link to change the information. I repeatedly asked to have a live human being call me and unfortunately went round and round with Alex who I guess is the customer service manager and he did not understand my concerns. I spoke with PayPal they informed me nothing was wrong with my account and there would be no reason for a payment to fail. Round and round with their customer service person Alex who responds to emails and text like a bot. I repeatedly asked to speak to someone on the phone. He refused. But ultimately after several text messages and emails he revealed to me that PayPal will no longer process payments to Native Pet and the problem is with Native Pet’s e-commerce division. I told him his first round of emails insinuating the payment problem was with me was rude and that I would like to speak to a live human being and also a supervisor because he was not understanding my concerns. He refused and advised Native Pet never speaks to their customers over the phone and then he proceeded to cancel my account.
