I love your laundry soap because i can add to cold water.and the powder you sprinkle on carpets and upholstery has really helped with the dust mites.

I love the fact that I can still get filters and pre-filters for air purifiers that have been replaced with newer models. My purifiers are still functioning great and I have had them for at least 10 years.

It does good,But I hate that you can't turn the blue light off at night..I have to cut it off completely so there's no light..I like a dark room to sleep...

God forbid if you have a return! All returns at National Allergy require
preauthorization. But no one ever answers the return line. They leave you on hold for ever! Then when you call back and chooses the BUY option, someone almost immediately answers the phone. But she can neither help you nor transfer you to a manager. She takes your telephone # and promises that a manager would call you back. Except no one ever does even after leaving your telephone # twice. DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM NATIONAL ALLERGY!

I was concerned about not fixing broken units. They told me if I buy the filters with an automatic refill, my unit will be under full warranty. The unit I bought was damaged in shipping. They sent a new one immediatly.
