I like their products but with this order I never received any email regarding shipment status. I was calling the customer service number to get update on order but phone just rang and never talked to anybody about the order. After two weeks, it came today.
Long time user
I have used National Allergy Supply for 25 years. I have always been happy with the products. Customer service is not as good as it used to be. However there are people there who still seem to care and take care of you. Their chat is not too great. Hopefully when COVID is over and people are working normally again they will get better.
Don't buy from this company
Don't buy from this company. Ordered a full size electric blanket. What came was a full sized blanket with a VERY SMALL AREA WITH ELECTRIC COILS- 12" LESS width than on my twin size from another company!! No one to talk to by phone - only an answering service that takes a message. Email only - difficult to return product. Don't use this company.

I am very frustrated with this so-called company, National Allergy. I purchased mattress and pillow covers but forgot to apply the discount code. When I tried to correct my error, the nice woman who accepted my call informed me that National Allergy operates from a warehouse in Georgia and utilizes an answering service for customer service. I was then informed that a "ticket" was sent to National Allergy and they would "get back to me." I also spoke to someone via chat and was told that I would not receive a discount until after my items shipped! I think that it is reasonable and expressed my strong desire for a response today. It is impossible to speak with a representative who represents the company and I am seriously considering canceling this order.

this get-up does not have any customer service. There is a lady that may pick up a phone and call herself customer service but all she has done for me so far is to say she'll pass on a message for me. She said this twice and don't know whether she did pass it on or not but nobody called me back with the answer. This is not called service.
Also had a few long chats with "DAVID" on-line. I asked direct simple questions which were not answered and told the office will get back to me. They did not. This also happened a few times.
Frustrated with this, as I purchased an expensive item from them - at least it was for me - I sent them an email. this time I was certain somebody should get back to me. Nobody got back to me. I have a simple question about the product I purchased and there should be no reason why they just can't call or email me with this.
I am upset, frustrated, disgusted in a company that will gladly take your money –I’ve purchased from them on a number of occasions – but when it comes to addressing questions or problems they are not available for those.
I cannot recommend this company to anybody. Someone said in their comments to order from Amazon. Not a bad idea but I also did this once and it was unusual for Amazon but the National allergy item was delivered late – seems like a totally unreliable company.

Terrible customer service and they alter there reviews
Only got part of order, they said don't know when it will ship. Did a 1 star review on there site and they removed it. So all those 5 star reviews are because they remove all others.
Missing half of the Product/Terrible Customer Service
I ordered an Action Fiber Dry Dust Mop & Handle and was very excited when it arrived to be let down when my order only contained the handle and was missing the dust mop attachment. I immediately replied to my order confirmation email (the email says to reply with any issues) and got a bounce back. I then used the chat feature on their site and was told I would be contacted in a few hours to resolve the issue. A week later and still no one had reached out. So I called their customer service and again was told I would be reached out to when they get to my ticket. I am out thirty dollars (because shipping was not cheap) and still have no hope of getting a refund or replacement. Not impressed with this site and will never be ordering again.
Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. Ordered a Blue Air purifier which was "in Stock". Did not receive any confirmation other than an email from PayPal. Because they do charge up front. Tried to chat and call. David, the chat guy is in Calcutta. Go figure. Said that the "Customer Care" team would to contact me. Did not happen. Called, several times. The people answering were only "an answering service". The second person I talked to was very rude, and took on herself to arguing with me instead of taking down my information. I was told, again, that I would receive a call back which did not happen. I ordered the item 9/11 and I am still waiting despite my payment for expedited shipping. Stay away from these people, there is Amazon Prime.

But my credit card was charged for the order and an email says it is on its way.
I called and have left two messages about it, and also talk to their support on-line
ALL THEY CAN DO IS TAKE MESSAGES. They do not take care of anything. And I got an email from them before the charge went on my credit card, and I responded. But they charged my credit card anyway.

can get ahold of no one. Havent gotten my package at all. Received half the order but not the most expensive item. The guy on chat has no clue, no one answers the phone or emails.

Purchased an aromatherapy/vaporizer…
Purchased an aromatherapy/vaporizer from them. Unit stopped working after the first use. Got the run around when I first contacted them. Now I'm being told they are waiting for their "vendor" to authorize the return. Transaction was not between me and their "vendor" it was between me and National Allergy and they have done nothing to resolve this matter and now I' out the money for the unit and the vaporizer pads. These people are rip off artists, do not do business with them!

Do not trust Natlallergy!
Do not trust this website. I ordered a Blueair air purifier from them when their website said they had it in stock, plus a replacement filter. A couple of days later I got an email saying that both were on their way under a single shipping number with UPS. You guessed it, got the replacement filter but no purifier. They have outright lied to me three times now and continue to refuse responsibly for their shady business practices. What they also forgot to mention is that they are a front and don't actually have any Blueair products "in stock". They come directly from Blueair. Beware if you are really dependent for your health and need something when they promise to deliver it. You may be waiting a long time. I am still waiting for my purifier.

At this point my review is as follows, they are just the middle man for a warehouse. They Should Not be offering expedited shipping because they cannot provide this service. They do not own the warehouse. When asking questions about the product you order they cannot answer because they don't own any of or a part of the warehouse. Again just a middle man. Waiting on an email back to find out about a product I purchased because they have to email the warehouse and wait for an answer. The products are not cheap so it would be better to go straight to the warehouse than a middle man that I am sure jacked the price up.
