Took too long to get here
We recently found out our son was highly allergic to dust mites, and were referred by our doctor. We went online and ordered new pillows and mattress cover for him. The website clearly stated it would be shipped in 1-2 days and that we would receive shipping confirmation and tracking information. However after 10 days I reached out looking for my order. It was an additional 3 days before it shipped and still was not notified on the shipping confirmation or tracking information. The products do seem to be of good quality, but shipping and customer service leaves much to be desired, especially in the days of Amazon delivering everything on the second day.

Very disappointing and bad service
Very disappointing. I purchased some products from national allergy website around 20 days but they didn't ship the product yet. They mentioned that they recently moved their warehouse so because of it they couldn't ship my products. They should have atleast notified it to me which they didn't do.

Ordered replacement filters because of the apparently quickness of their shipping of 1-2 business days (web site). A week and a half later, after receiving word of the shipment, I contacted the company who indicated they had moved offices along with inventory. They found my order and started to pack it for shipment. A week later, still no filters!!! Finally received the filters over 2 weeks from ordering. One would think that if a company if moving, they would handle all orders in their queue prior to moving! Not these people! Very disappointed!

Never got an email this was shipped. Ordered 7/24. Aug 3 sent an email when this was going to ship. Aug 3 email saying it was fulfilled ? Aug 4 shipper mailed package. Delivered today Aug 8.

Have great Allergy control products for an allergy sufferer like me. I'm am very pleased with how I got an email that my order had shipped so that I knew it was on its way. I am very pleased with the product. It works really well.
Terrible customer service and delivery time
I ordered my mattress covers July 23. As of August 6th they still have not shipped, even though I was already charged. When I called they had an answering service taking their calls who couldn’t even give an estimated ship date. I gave up and ordered from The Allergy Store on August 2. I received my mattress covers from them today, August 6.

I'm wondering if you're going out of business. I placed an order 2 weeks ago and haven't heard anything since. Not even and email. I have never had to wait this long. Spent an hour on hold, waiting for customer support, if you can call it that. Your phone perpetually rings, not on hold. Call volume is not an excuse to ignore your phones.

I was very disappointed in the inability to ship the item I had ordered. I spoke to the customer service and they did not even offer information when the item would ship. I,got the feeling they did not even care about the inconvenience they had caused. I would have cancelled the order once I went to a brick and mortar store. They lucked out because I am not mobile and had to wait for help when I finally got the notice he items would be shipped. So disappointed.
