I really enjoyed the phone conversation after receiving my test results. I have a unique allergy that is frequently included in many supplement products, including several that were suggested to me based on my test results. My consultant and I problem-solved to find the most effective and safe products for my needs.
I am only disappointed that I never received the 10% coupon code that was supposed to arrive in my email following my consultation but I will admit that I didn't reach out to customer service due to my busy schedule.

Ashley was kind, efficient and professional. I thought my capsules had been delivered without an inside or outside seal. She asked me to check the inside of the cap, which had the inside seal. Then you guys sent a picture of my order before packing showing the outside seal. When I looked in the trash I found the seal had been stuck to the bubble and came off when I removed it. The service was so timely and the pic was above and beyond. Great teamwork! Keep it up. Thank you

It was really great to get to know Natural Solutions - the faces behind the names. The training was thorough and informative. Definitely recommend, even if you've done the online training.
