I’m always finding new products to try on NaturaMarket that suit my food sensitivities. My orders always arrive fairly quickly, sometimes before the estimated delivery date! I’ve never had an issue with an order, and on certain products you receive rewards for leaving reviews! I highly recommend.

Love the products ! Cant find them everywhere . Lots of varieties, clean ingredients and fast deliveries !

I bought strawberry cereal that had no strawberries. It was keto, very expensive, and I bought several. The customer service people tried to tell me that the strawberries had settled to the bottom or that I just didn't see them. I've purchased this many times before from other retailers so I know what it's supposed to look and taste like. When I asked for a store credit they continued to try and gaslight me, even when I sent photos. When I asked for store credit they then said I can send back unopened product for potential refund - but you can't see into the packaging to know before opening.
Two stars since I've had previous positive experiences but I won't be shopping there again.
*Update* changed this to three stars since they did refund one of the items.

Terrible customer service. I had ordered several times before with no issue. My last order I never received. They are not refunding my money even though I never received the shipment! Now they are just ignoring my emails and not responding. Definitely will never order from them again!

Terrible customer service. I had products arrive in poor condition (snack bag with zero air, completely sucked flat and crushed, and a canned good that was bloated and not safe for consumption), I provided pictures and they still kept saying it was acceptable condition, and kept asking for more pictures, even though the ones I sent clearly show the issue. They try to make you jump through hoops, they just waste your time and are never going to actually help. They just stopped responding. That was my 16th order with them, but they made me feel like I was all of a sudden trying to scam them. I will never order there again if they treat people like that over $16, and won't make things right when something is clearly wrong. It is FOOD, you don't take chances with food quality. Have some integrity.

My product was infested with bugs and Natura Marked would not credit my account for the price of the item. They even had the nerve to accuse me of it being my environment that was causing the issue. This is disgusting and appalling. Will never order from them again.

I love to shop in the Natura market website, they are the best option for buying healthy stuff. Offering a huge variety of brands and products. Everytime the packages arrive within days, and now they have same day delivery option too! Packages are perfectly packed every time. Thank you Natura Market!

Natura Market was the only place I could find my gf grain free tortillas. They were delivered quickly and safely. I take them on holidays with me as I know they agree with my system and help keep me feeling great while I am away. I am grateful they were in stock.

I love the product line up. As a conscious consumer it’s important that I trust the companies I buy from as they search for the top quality products. Also, customer service is very helpful even if sometimes shippers don’t handle my packages properly, they try to make things right! Thank you

I love this website!!! My family and I have been shopping with them for quite some time and all the products we have receive have been so good that we need to reorder a lot of the products - Mid Day square are the first to go. I emailed customer service and they recommended to place the mid days in the fridge and even thought it was really good after trying it, I love them when it’s left at room temperature so it’s super soft with the bite of chocolate - MUST TRY!! There’s also lots of interesting snacks and drinks they carry that could only be found in the US. Keep them coming please!

My order arrived promptly and the products were packaged perfectly. Overall, great variety of products, and was happy with the service I received. To add, Christine was very helpful and patient with addressing my diet concerns and was very quick to respond. I look forward to placing an order again!

The products never arrived. They said I never placed an order. Thankfully I had gone though PayPal so I filed a complaint to get a refund. I should have read all the reviews before I ordered. Very poor customer service. I guess they can afford to have poor customer service as they are worth $8 Billion dollars !! And here they are refusing to refund my $96. 🤬🤬🤬

I wish I'd read the reviews here before I ordered from them. I ordered a cereal and the package I got had different ingredients from what had been posted to their platform. (The new ingredient didn't fit into my diet plan; i.e. cane sugar). I had to go back and forth with them as I told them I'd have to throw out what they sent me due to the added sugar. One customer service agent gave me "Natura Cash" credit (which means you have to continue shopping there to use it); one agent said, "Too bad." I wish I could find an online site that had great customer service and a wide array of products :-( I'll keep looking.

The products were nicely packaged and I could tell the care the person who wrapped the items had. The card I could read the name Fato. Fato did a wonderful job. The products were also wrapped in a very sustainable manner. All using paper to protect items. The chocolates came with an ice pack. The items were shipped quickly toi! Thank you! I had a great and wonderful experience with Natura Marke!
