Avevo avuto una pessima esperienza un anno fa, non tanto per i prodotti acquistati (pure non di qualità eccelsa), ma per l'orrido non-servizio di consegna, all'epoca affidato a DHL. Ho deciso di ritentare l'esperienza, e stavolta è andato tutto liscio! La scelta di servirsi di Inpost è stata vincente. Complimenti allo staff marketing. Riguardo ai prodotti: hanno un bravo designer, sono un po' diversi da quelli standard che si trovano nelle grandi catene. Adesso hanno anche qualche taglia non proprio standard (XL), per cui chi è un po' più alto riesce a vestirsi... Alcuni prodotti utilizzano materiali naturali, o tessuti provenienti dall'India, molto gradevoli all'indosso (e alla vista). Un genere informale ma non sciatto che a me convince molto. Consiglio l'acquisto.

Producto en perfecto estado, pero le quite el plástico fino que lo envolvía. Se trata de un juego con una nueva edición que resulta que ya tenía, me di cuenta al ver el interior. No se podía cambiar online, no atendían por teléfono, y en mi ciudad no hay tiendas... Me he venido hasta aquí para nada, me voy bastante disgustado , huelga decir que no pienso comprar aquí nunca más. Añadir que dentro de la caja del juego hay una carpeta troquelada con todo el contenido y esa está intacta. Sencillamente no les ha dado la gana de cambiarlo.

Ahora, si lo encuentro en una tienda porque se abusa cada vez más del termino agotado, tendré que pagar un 20% más. Pero lo peor de todo es que si no llego a estar encima, ni producto ni reembolso. Muy difícil contactar con ellos y muy desesperante la pasividad que muestran en la atención al cliente.

I recently bought a jacket from Natura at Barcelona airport and, unfortunately, the whole experience has been very disappointing.

From the very beginning, the jacket had a very strong chemical / petrol-like smell, which is still present even after several rinses following the care label instructions. In addition, the jacket releases a lot of dye when hand-washed. For a new garment, I do not consider this normal, and it makes the piece almost impossible to wear.

I contacted Customer Care, sending photos of the dye and my receipt. The first reply was that they had sold many jackets of the same model with no complaints and therefore did not consider it a defect. I wrote back, insisting on the issue and pointing out that this situation does not align with the values Natura promotes (respect for people, commitment to the planet, and more responsible fashion). Eventually, I was invited to visit a store so staff could assess the garment in person.

I went to a Natura shop, but they refused to give me a refund and only offered a voucher. They did not have the jacket in stock, could not tell me in which shop I might find it, and advised me to go back to the airport store. When I went there, the product was no longer available.

As a result, I have spent time, money and energy, and I am still left with a jacket I cannot use because of the strong smell and excessive dye bleeding. As a customer who chose Natura precisely for its sustainability and responsibility values, I expected a more coherent solution (exchange, refund, or at least more careful handling of the issue). At this point, my experience with the brand has been very unsatisfactory.

I am still waiting for my refund, even though I have contacted customer service multiple times. Unfortunately, I have not received any proper response or support. It is extremely frustrating to be ignored after several attempts to resolve this issue. I can clearly track my return and see that the item arrived weeks ago, yet nothing has been processed. At this point, I honestly feel like customer service doesn’t even exist. A company that does not take responsibility for refunds and fails to communicate with its customers is highly unprofessional. I expected much better service and reliability. Unless this is resolved soon, I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

Cuidado con las compras online. Te dicen una fecha y cuando no cumplen con ella dicen que la fecha ha sido cambiada por el destinatario. Te pones en contacto con ellos y con pedir disculpas lo arreglan todo, sin darte una explicación de lo ocurrido. La primera y la última.

Ha sido la primera vez que he comprado on line en Natura Selection.No lo recomiendo en absoluto en un pantalón he errado la talla compré una M y necesito una L.No vienen a recoger el producto en casa ni pagando yo el coste, en mi población no trabaja la agencia de transporte por la que llegó la mercancía.
Compro bastante on line y me sorprende mucho el mal servicio que ofrecen así no se puede comprar.
Los pantalones los tiraré he perdido 29 eur, no me pasará más.
Muy decepcionada con la marca no está a la altura.

Ich kenne Natura aus Barcelona und mochte die Läden sehr. Jetzt habe ich über social media Werbung für natura angezeigt bekommen und habe dort ein paar Sandalen bestellt. Grosser Fehler! Die Schuhe sind leider zu klein und offensichtlich existiert in Deutschland kein Kundenservice. Eine Retour ist unmöglich, auf meine Mails reagiert keiner. Die deutsche Telefonnummer von natura selection existiert nicht. Einfach ein kompletter Fail! Unseriös.
