Finally arrived today after not being delivered with my other parcel that was ordered at the same time

Extremely happy with the timeline of order being delivered. Have never had any bad experience with NBA. Would highly recommend to anyone.

First of all, I've never had an issue with the products themselves. Nothing ever came damaged or improperly packed. The support is always swift to respond, too. No complaints about the prices either.

It is super important that the product packages come with no signs of tampering or previous use so I'm glad you guys have such a high standard. That is based on around 10 orders I made in this store.

The issue is the warehouse teams. You get 80% of orders shipping smoothly. But then there are the exceptions that seriously make me reconsider shopping in this store.

The order was placed Monday evening. And it was given to the postal services on Thursday evening. 3 full days to even send the information to StarTrack and that's with me paying for the express delivery. Then StarTrack ships it overnight and it arrives in my city in 12 hours on Friday.

So you pay for express. The delivery itself takes less than 24 hours. But it takes you 4 days to receive the parcel.

Just to clarify, I do not need a refund on the delivery fees or anything else. I'm just expressing my experience with the service.

The item was sorted wrong by Aus Post so took a bit longer to arrive.
This product definitely does the job, and it’s great to have full control of the treble and bass.
Only negative would be that it’s a little bit loud for my liking.

Order process was easy, the price was better than any other site. But there was a stuff up in their processing and I had to keep checking what was happening with the order. It took 9 days to arrive even after I had paid for express post overnight. The support team were very helpful in the follow up with the supplier and resolved the issue. I would use this site again

Found an expensive toy cheaper on a competitors website and decided to try the price match feature on the Naughty Boy website, was absolutely delighted when a customer care rep named Ginger got back to me very quickly and not only was she happy to match the price, I got an extra 10% off! I love these guys, huge range of products at every end of the price range from extremely affordable to high end, and they will always strive to keep their customers happy rather than have them shop elsewhere. I got a toy that was usually over $300 for only $164 with shipping! I’ve been buying from Naughty Boy for years and will continue to do so! I also love that they are so discreet with their delivery packaging.
