Naveen is a great Yoga teacher. He is having a great knowledge of Different YOGA Asanas and Different YOGA styles. I started using his recorded session in cult and find them amazing. He explains each and every yoga posture in detail so that the doer can understand and do the posture correctly.
His session includes YOGA asanas , breath work (Pranayama) , Yog nidra and meditation .
Every time I complete one of his session I feel energised , calm and Happy.
Recently I have started attending his live interactive session and they are really wonderful. He gives attention to each candidate and provide instruction to improve the posture.
Recommend Naveen and his work for anyone who wants to start or enhance their Yoga journey.

I have been following and practicing Yoga thru Naveen's video from last few years. Though I joined few live Yoga classes before , I never felt satisfied and wished Naveen to start the live Yoga classes which he did this year in 2024. I am so thankful to Naveen that he did. His interactive Yoga sessions are so complete and satisfying that you will always feel energized. He always come up with different yoga poses and target all body parts to work on our flexibility and strength. It's joy to join his session and practice Yoga with him! I have been practising yoga since more than a year on cult online under the guidance of Naveen sir. I really liked his classes hence I thought of registering for the live sessions as well. Live sessions are an entirely different game. It has been such a great journey. It has been only 3 weeks, but I feel a lot calmer, flexible and mobile already. The sessions are a mix of strengthening yet meditative asanas along with pranayama practices. There is also the added benefit of posture correction in live sessions. I look forward to his classes every morning as it leaves me rejuvenated to take on the rest of the day.

Joining Naveen’s yoga online classes was one of the good decisions I made in my fitness journey. His classes are very well planned and structured. It has been a wonderful journey to do Yoga with Naveen. His attention to detail to everyone in the class of any size - 10, 20, 100 is amazing. You can be at any level beginner, intermediate or advanced, he ensures that you enjoy every posture and feel confident that you can do it.

I attended the business with yoga session by Naveen recently. I found it very informative and provided a good base to build a business/career in yoga. I’m grateful to Naveen for the session. He is truly knowledgeable.

Before attending Business class i had lot of plannings in my mind to take forward my profession, which was more of confused state. But Naveen helped to clarify my thoughts in a easy way. this class will give you an idea of how to think on progressing your yoga career. and if you have already some ideas then this will help you to make that picture more clear of how well you can proceed with the same or what are the criteria you need to check before and after proceeding. Naveen's journey itself is inspiring and his trial and error experience in his journey shared in the class was also very much helpful .

The “ Business of Yoga “ class conducted by Naveen was very informative and comprehensive. All the relevant options, challenges and solutions faced by yoga entrepreneurs were addressed and discussed. Naveen is a good mentor and gave us good advice on how to progress on this yoga journey.
