Naytal is a great service with everything you need during pregnancy and postpartum in one place. I used Naytal during my second pregnancy and although I’ve done it all before, I still had so many questions and concerns and I could find all the help I needed on this platform. Have recommended Naytal to all my new and old mum friends!

I had a fantastic session with Dr Lalitaa recently. I've never experienced such an effective therapist before. We covered a lot of ground and arrived at a treatment plan by the time the session had ended, which left me feeling in control and quite relieved.

Excellent first-time experience using this service. A comfortable, reassuring, and enjoyable conversation where all my questions were answered. Having relocated to Portugal from the UK, the language barrier was causing me concern. Naytal allows me to ask all the questions I have in confidence.

The expert I spoke to was extremely knowledgeable and experienced. I really liked the way Joanna took time at the beginning to get to know me, and get the whole background of my pregnancy and birth first. She has given me great advice and an exercise programme that I have to say is much more achievable than the general nhs advice (because it is more specific to me). I now feel I have a programme to follow with a 6 week end goal of being able to go running which is really great. She was also very accommodating, as I had to feed my baby during the appointment and she made me feel very comfortable with this! Regarding the site, I found the website layout is very clear, easy to use, simple to book an appointment and I was also very pleasantly surprised with how the virtual video was easy to join, and that I didn’t have to go through another program like Zoom or Teams. I will definitely recommend this service to friends. Thank you for a great experience!

Naytal is a brilliant app that always you to quickly and easily speak to a trained healthcare professional. Sometimes you just need reassurance that you are doing things right! Which I got when I spoke to one of their breast feeding consultants, along with a load of useful tips I hadn’t thought of. I will definitely use it again.

I spoke with amazing pelvic floor expert, Joanna, while pregnant. Having that time to pick her brain, get advice, reassurance, exercises etc was so useful and not the kind of time you'd get when meeting with your midwife etc. It was such an easy process and really afforable. Knowing I'm able to book an appointment with the exact specialist I need from pregnancy into motherhood is so reassuring.

I would definitely recommend Naytal - during my pregnancy and as a new mum I’ve wanted to speak to experts on several occasions and ended up trawling the Internet reading countless reviews on random websites, and at the end still unsure if I’d found the right person (that would be worth the cost!), Natyal provides access to a variety of experts all on one platform- perfect!

I spoke with a lactation consultant when my baby was 8 weeks old, she’d been struggling with reflux and we were also looking to introduce a bottle - I had excellent advice and feel more confident continuing our breastfeeding journey after our consultation.

I was so impressed with my experience with Naytal from start to finish. A really simple to use platform with so many great resources for new mums that are normally hard to access. Would highly recommend!

Brilliant experience with friendly and informative specialists

Great postnatal physiotherapy appointment, worked well online and my physiotherapist went above and beyond what I expected. I would recommend this service.

Joanna was wonderful. Happy to deal with 2 separate physios issues in one appointment. Explained fully the likely diagnoses and what might have caused it, and how we would work to correct it. Very understanding and realistic of what is achievable with a baby at home and I have a work plan of exercises and massage that I can do during a nap time. Good connection, very professional, highly recommend.

I used Naytal for an appointment with a Pelvic Floor Health and Physiotherapy specialist and it was incredibly helpful. My appointment was easy to book, and the availability of physicians was excellent - no waiting lists or delay in seeing someone. We talked through my issues, I was given support and advice, both of which really helped, and a programme of exercises to do going forward. I would absolutely use this service again.

Over the past few weeks Mhairi has been helping us through a very challenging breastfeeding journey with my son.
Mhairi is very knowledgeable, solution driven, incredibly observant and seems to honestly invest herself in the care of her clients. She is a wealth of knowledge in many areas ante and post natal and she has been a life saver for us when we struggled to get answers from all the other health professionals.
Could not thank her enough.

Such a worthwhile half an hour session with a breastfeeding consultant who went through all the essential information and tips for breastfeeding including an easy to remember acronym to follow that made me feel more prepared.
The booking system with Naytal was really easy and it was so useful to get a reminder in advance - everything ran smoothly for signing in and accessing the session without any tech issues.

A consultation in the privacy of your own home without the time pressures of the NHS! It was useful to have a one to one discussion about more intimate subjects and to also know that you can get an appointment urgently if needed.

The consultant was very helpful in highlighting how to care for my pelvic floor postpartum and answering all those lingering questions that remain after giving birth. I would definitely seek help again if need be.

I used this service to access support for postnatal depression. I found it swift and efficient at a time when I urgently required help. I’m still on a journey but the fog has lifted due to the specialist therapy I receive. I highly recommend reaching out for help.
