I highly recommend kaleem!
There was big group of us going to umrah alot of us on our first trip.
We felt abit worried going however everything was organised as planned. Hotels and transfers were perfect. Close to mosques 5 star packages.
Highly recommend
Kaleem was an amazing travel agent. His communication was brilliant start to end. Everything he promised pre umrah came true. Could not recommend him enough.
Our first trip with him included 14 of us. He managed to accommodate all our needs.
I recommended him to a few relatives who have all used him and highly recommend.
Even when something happens out of his control like hotel cancellations he goes out his way to make sure everything works out.

SCAM
Please do not use this company. I paid for an umrah trip 2 months prior amounting to over £5000. I paid in full upfront in December. They didn’t issue the tickets straight away and said they will provide them closer to the flight date. The only confirmation I received was a document produced by themselves providing basic details of flights and accommodation discussed.
After this they would not reply to my messages or answer my calls. On the off chance they did reply all they wrote was ‘in a meeting’. A few days before my flight I constantly called them and eventually someone answered and said one of their agents had messed up and that they could not provide any flights. They also then refused my refund and stopped replying to me.
I have reported them to trading standards and now taking legal action against them. Please be wary that frauds can operate under legitimate company names like this one.

We are sorry that your travel arrangements were affected due to the airline cancellation. As explained to you prior to departure, the issue occurred due to an agent-side booking failure which we immediately escalated.
To clarify publicly, a refund of £500 was processed to you on 10/02/2026. The remaining balance is pending from the airline, and as discussed with you directly, this will be refunded to you immediately upon receipt from the airline provider.
We strongly refute the claim that “we refused to refund” , as payment confirmation can be evidenced.
We understand how upsetting a cancelled Umrah journey can be, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. However, we are actively resolving this matter and have not refused a refund at any stage.
We remain open to resolving this amicably and encourage you to contact us directly so we can finalise the remaining refund as soon as the airline processes it.

FRAUD!! Do not use!!
Took £6000 and said would issue the tickets 2 weeks prior to flights for Umrah. They did NOT ask for key details like passport numbers or pictures for visas.
Up until 2 days before they kept saying it will be issued ‘tomorrow morning’ - something they said every single day. The day before my flight I kept calling only to hear ‘sister we can not give you any flights sorry’
I asked for my money back and they said the company don’t want to take responsibility.
They never booked any tickets or visas to begin with! As a result of this me and my family were unable to go umrah unfortunately.
If I could attach screenshots of the conversations I would. Please do not use this company. I am still trying to get my money back from them using the legal system.

Firstly, the total amount paid for this booking was £5,130, not £6,000 as stated. All payments and invoices are documented and available.
Secondly, a refund of £500 has already been processed to you. The remaining amount is pending from the airline following the cancellation of the flight booking. As clearly communicated, we cannot release airline funds before they are returned to us.
At no point did we refuse responsibility. The booking issue arose from a supplier error, and we immediately informed you once the matter was confirmed.
We completely understand your frustration and disappointment regarding your Umrah trip. However, allegations of fraud are serious and inaccurate. We are a registered UK company and are actively processing your refund in line with airline procedures.
