Service was simple, got my quote within 24hours, delivery was extremely quick for a custom tank and got input from delivery driver to safley positioning the tanks and care was definitely taken when putting tanks together

Andrew, was at the heart of all communications, when i had my made to measure tank built by ND Aquatics. He was more than a person at the end of the phone, kept his contacts, and made sure the order will go smoothly, as it was delivered on time to, with up to the last houre communications on delivery time.

ND aquatics responded quickly to my enquiry for a small tank. I chose them as I'd found them on google and they were close enough for me to collect the tank myself. I was given a turnaround time of 3 weeks given that it was a small order and I received emails and a phone call at the expected time to tell me it was ready. Tank is great and communications spot on.

Great well made fishtank. I looked at lots of brands but this was by far the best. Great service and turned up earlier than expected. Thanks to all at ND I will be back, highly recommend

I’ve waited years for a large aquarium, 7ft x2ftx2ft, finally I have one thanks to ND aquatics . The finish on the tank and cabinet are top quality, nice bevel on the glass edges, beautifully made all round . I would like a smaller tank 4 or 5 feet for my music room and will definitely be ordering from ND aquatics . Andrew was very helpful in the whole process of ordering, and called straight after delivery to ensure everything was delivered ok . One very happy customer

I went to my local supplier who I had used and still do for over two decades. He told me that my tank dimensions were non standard and I should contact ND. From the very start I had excellent responses (to numerous questions) and when I received my tank (packaged I have to say extremely well) it is excellent and better than expected - why better ? I opted for the glass lid and it's superb. Thanks ND 100%

I ordered my tank through ND Aquatics through recommendations from my local shop as I needed a custom tank.

From the first contact to delivery the staff a really helpful and patient with all the queries I had (I changed my tank dimensions a number of times before ordering).

I received the tank a lot faster than I was quoted and I couldn't be happier with the tank itself it surpassed any expectations I had and it looks way more modern than the old tank I had and the Optiwhite front glass is a game changer in I think looks a lot better.

I have come across this company through various hobbyists. I needed to upgrade my tank so I left a 50% deposit and after 8 weeks my tank had arrived with no issues. I must say Andrew & Dom both were very helpful! Andrew kept in touch on the updates in regards to everything and Dom was superb during the delivery process. I’d recommend this company to anyone who’s wanting to buy a great high quality tank. 5/5 will definitely be ordering any future tanks from NDAquatics.

Having looked at several manufactures decided to go with NDAquatics. The reviews were not wrong, super service and super fast. The quality of the build is outstanding I would have no hesitation in recommending.

I ordered a tank just under 300l. The tank arrived on a pallet, very well packaged with polystyrene and plastic wrap inside a thick wooden box. The measurements needed to be exact as it had to fit in a specific space and it was.

The glass is extremely thick and it feels very solid and it was labeled with the date that it can be filled from.

The sliding condensation cover is removable which is a nice touch so I can get easier access when needed.

They also followed up with a call a few days after delivery to ensure all was good.

ND did a build on site of my first tank, a great big 2500L 10 years ago and its still going strong the quality of the tank and stand was excellent, since then i have now bought 11 tanks from them all excellent and very well made.
The delivery service is top notch, the last few i got the guy not only helped me get them in the house but also to where i wanted them.
They keep you informed as to timescales and even a rough time for delivery.
i recommend anyone looking for a tank, try these guys, the tanks are top quality, they know there stuff and there are plenty of options if you want to modify a tank on order.

This is my 4th aquarium purchase from ND Aquatics, an 8 foot stunning aquarium with Optiwhite front and sides.

These guys were very professional and helpful, they advised me about best options from filtration to tank dimensions .

It was a reminder to the quality and standard the team hold themselves to, It was a pleasure working with them both to achieve my goal and as always, a pleasure speaking with them both.

I highly recommend them should you want a bespoke aquarium made, delivered and that's within a reasonable budget.

The new tank is beautiful, hand made, looks and fits the stand I bought perfectly and is 10mm glass with nicely thought out bracing and covers.
The lid was great value in gloss black and once its protective plastic is off it looks fantastic.
I went to the shop because I wanted to speak to a person and not just send emails. It was really useful because I got some good advice and suggestions on lights and filtration and ended up buying a filter, which again fit my stand perfectly.
From order to delivery was about 6 weeks and the delivery was carried out by Robert. He was a great help when it came to getting the tank in and placed. His suggestions were also really helpful with filling procedure and setup.
Delivery relies on them getting a full load so it took a couple of weeks longer than expected, if you know its likely then it takes the stress out of it.
It's well worth the wait because the tank is beautiful and if I can find the space I will order another one.

ND Aquatics built me a custom braceless tank and sump at short notice ( for an aquarium ) and on budget.
The build is spot on and the quality is fantastic , communication was perfect with all my questions answered by phone or email very quickly.
Everyone compliments the tank and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
Big thanks to Andrew and Dom who I think went out of their way to help - even after delivery.
