Bali Planning Fail

My experience with Ndota travel hasn’t been great. I’ve learned of them from IG postings & wanted to partake in a Bali trip for my 40th birthday. After reaching out to them via text to the number provided with my slight inquiry, I then recieved an email noting the inquiry.

In order to move forward, it was a $50 non refundable deposit. $25 goes towards the trip.
I sent that payment and hadn’t heard anything. So I had to Text, a day later “I sent the payment”

The process started.

Considering they are “Experts” in what they do, the trip that’s constantly being broadcast is “Bali” I assumed they knew all details for a great experience out there.
Although I started with no budget in mind, I stated the things I wanted to experience out there.

My 1st initial proposal was for a hotel or villa that I didn’t like. The arrival time to get to Bali was in the night time, and the following day was set to start extremely early.

I expressed my unhappiness with what was given and gave a budget dollar amount to continue to make adjustments. The new adjustment was more so an annoyance.

I am will to pay to treat myself if it makes since for me.

Overall, I didn’t feel like they were attentive to my needs, and as if they didn’t care so that was $ 50 Down the drain. They’re broadcasting information on IG that’s not adding up to Reality.
