Well I can't thank nearcut and dale enough.

Was struggling to find an app for my personal training booking system, and nearcut ticked all the boxes, the price was actually so low I questioned what the quality would be like.

But the quality was impeccable and 10/10.

Fantastic company, I started my business over 18months ago I have been barbering for over 15years but when it comes to technology I’m completely useless and this was the only aspect of starting my business that stressed me, but I can’t recommend nearcut enough I’ve had so much help and support from DALE who has only been a WhatsApp message away and he’s always been very supportive, I have never felt a burden with some of the silliest of questions I’ve asked and not to mention in the earlier stages of my business I was quite down because I was slow to begin with but with some mentoring, motivation and advice from DALE I managed to pull through. It’s worth every penny and all my customers are happy with how easy the app is to use aswell. Thank you guys xxxx

Been with Nearcut for over six years and never looked back. From a very generous trial I was hooked by it's simplicity but also it's comprehensiveness. Customer service is exemplary with response in minutes which is a rarity these days. Their knowledge doesn't come from reading off a screen either. My faith in them as a company goes as far as it would cost me thousands in new signage if I moved away. I don't even answer my business phone to unknown numbers anymore, just an automated text message with a link to my booking site that has gallery photos etc. All new customers set to prepay so I can just concentrate on the client in the chair and not worry about no-shows. Something I feel I couldn't do anywhere as easily with any other software. It's definitely transformed my business for the better.

I used to be just walk ins and would find myself sat doing absolutely nothing for hours and then have a huge rush of people at the same time. Half of them would see the queue and walk out again claiming I was too busy, which I actually wasn’t. It was frustrating.
Then I was introduced to Nearcut in 2015. Within a month of me going live with the website & booking system I saw a huge change in my days. I was steady throughout the week. No more mental rushes and queues of people staring at you while you work. My customers love how easy it is to use, even the old boys love it. I still do walk ins if I have time, if not I offer the next available time I have.
The team at Nearcut are great too, the customer support is exemplary. I cannot fault them at all!
