Always help. Easy booking app. Sam and the team are excellent. Especially Sam. Just wish we had free text messages and the monthly price doesn't increase. The cost of taking payment through the app being lower would be great. Thankyou.

Nearcut ofrece una facilidad de trabajo que da gusto, aparte de lo simple e intuitivo que es el sistema para trabajar con él sin problema alguno, desde la gestión de las citas, de los horarios y de tu negocio hasta la gestión de ventas de productos.
Personalmente estoy muy contento con el funcionamiento de la web y los ayudas de marketing que ofrecen para tu negocio, destacar que siempre gusta contar con la ayuda de una persona para entender todo perfectamente como en mi caso me paso con Nuria Romero, quien muy amablemente me explico cada cosa que le pregunté y me dejo libre de duda alguna.

I've been a Nearcut customer for over 5 years and recommend them to every barber I speak to. The staff are friendly and helpful and will always go out of their way to resolve any adjustments that will help me run the site to my optimum. It's not just a generic template as offered free by some social media platforms, it really can be as bespoke as needed. Customers of all generations love it for its practicality, the reminders are a godsend for business and customer alike

I've updated this review after Nearcut contacted me, following my 2 star review. Andy helped me to understand that the magnfying glass icon at the top of screen does allow the user to go back to the starting page to type in a town and select another barber. I hadn't noticed this "search" icon before as it's location makes it look like a browser search icon. So, contrary to my initial "complaint" that I couldn't change barbers after initially selecting one, it is possible to do that, but it's not a very obvious or user friendly control. It was really good that Andy listened to my suggestions to save favourite towns and barber's and present them when the app opens. This app may well be a 5 star app from a barber's perspective, but from a customer's point of view, I can only give it 3 stars. I think the app needs some refinement to improve its usability and user friendliness for barbers' customers. Once you've selected a barber, the bookings process works very well.
