The markup on their pieces is insane. I bought a 22k 18 inch gold rope chain and a 16 inch one and spent around $2100 total for both back in December 2024. Gold has since then spiked up to $3450/ounce. I reached out to them to see if I could return them and just get my money back (even though gold has gone up a ton in value since I bought them) and they said the best they can do is $1350. Ive been waiting 2 weeks on an updated quote because over the course of the last two weeks gold has gone up another $500/ounce but now they're not responding to me. Avoid at all costs.

This Nebugold.com company is a fraud . I bought an earring from them that their website stated as 24k gold but the pins on it were only 9k gold and that was not in the item details .also I bought a necklace that they added links to it that is different from the rest of the necklace Avoid buying from this company as they are NOT legit and they are selling us 9k gold as if it is 24k gold and they are charging for 24k gold but the items are NOT 24 k gold . Fraud fraud and they refused to refund me and I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company
