Such a poor customer service experience. I originally made an order 30th March. I emailed no reply. I made contact on instagram and got a reply. They said the order had been archived by accident. Initially they said it would be posted 20th April, I had to chase up to get this information.

Then communication blackout, no reply till 29th April to say they had been really ill. They then said it was been posted that evening. Once again further communication blackout. They said it had been posted, I had no email or any communications to say it was been delivered by any delivery company.

5th May, they said they were reprinting and posting that day. 7th May it was finally on its way thanks to tracking. In the end it took nearly 6 weeks. I personally wouldn't recommend them.

Ordered a few items, emailed seller due to negative reviews, he explained the wait time can take a while receiving but I wasn’t in a rush for them. He did reply within 24 hours so pleased with that. Items arrived and all ok so my lad will be happy with them.

I did not receive my order. Did not receive confirmation it was dispatched. After waiting 2 week I sent an email asking for an update ore a refund and did not get any reply.

Eventually got the product, it was printed decently and it had minor shipping damage but nothing easily fixed. Unfortunately communication has been terrible through the whole process... Of course some parts are missing and I doubt that'll ever get fixed. So is it a scam, no. Would I recommend it, maybe with a single mini but anything bigger no. Shame their commutation is so crappy as the product certainly has potential.

Waiting for order for 2 weeks sent an email no reply

Awful service, no replies. Placed an order on the 27th of November. Haven't heard a thing from the seller. Have sent 4 emails asking for an order update but nothing in reply. I'm sure this is a scam.

The products arrived in time for Xmas, my son is really happy with the quality of the prints. I was initially worried about the lack of response to emails and the long turn around time made me concerned that this was a scam- it wasn’t, just a one person business. I was also accidentally charged £20 for p and P on ordering, which was refunded when reminded. All in all, a positive outcome.

Good service, nice emails, happy with costs and the models... just hope i find the time to build and paint them soon.

Quality 3D prints,
The shipping is between 2-3 weeks but the wait is definitely worth it. The quality of these products are A* and the detailing is impeccable.
The communication can not be faulted to say it’s a single businessman running the shop and order by himself.

Will definitely be ordering again.

No reply to E-mail or order update.
Starting to think its a scam

As of 3 Jan, still not delivered.
Dont know whos at fault but will update as required
25 Jan, still no models.
Requested a refund but as usual, no reply to E-mail.
Please be very careful about ordering from this Company, as they seem to have no intention of completing orders, or replying to your concerns

Writing this as of 12 Sep - placed order in July, tried to chase up with email...apart from an invitation to check out more products, electronic silence...
Necrotech being appropriate - Dead...

Ordered a couple of sets for my son’s birthday. Took ages to arrive ( well past his birthday) . Lots of bits missing and bits broken when it did eventually turn up. Contacted seller who said he’d send replacement bits - still not arrived 6 weeks later and company not replying to emails. Been very patient but now lost all patience and faith in this company- avoid

The orders took a long time to arrive.
And I had to contact the seller several times.
But the item arrived in very good condition, except for a missing turret.
Seller was reactive and but the missing part never arrived despite several promise.

Had a new order on 20th Dec for some give away, and asked to have a tracking number for the parcel. Seller said that it was delayed because of the snow, and got no news since then.

I recently bought a spinosaurus miniature from your sight. It was beautifully sculptured and arrived in a timely manner.

I had ordered two models - it took quiet long for them to be delivered and in between the communication with the seller was not easy, because their email was down. Eventually the models arrived, but some parts where missing. In the meantime we wrote via instagram and the seller worked out a way, to replace the missing parts and even put some extras in for my waiting time. The seller was very nice, polite and as far as I can say tried everything he could.
All in all it was a long wait and quiet a headache to get the models, but it worked out.

Bloody marvellous company, the model range for this Warhammer 40k model builder is extensive, l have bought just a few of what he has available but would recommend anyone to come check his store out. the quality of the models is excellent and l look forward to buying more of his stuff this year!

This is a great 3d print shop. The models they have a huge variety of models in stock and some that I have not seen anywhere else. The print quality was amazaing and the team is great at communicating and asking questions.
