I received a mattress and frame from Nectar. After awhile the frame started to creak. When I called the associate assured me this was normal. Not once but twice. The noise only got worse. I took the mattress off and inspected the frame only to realize that the brackets were broken. At this point the warranty had expired by two months. I called again, believe it or not as I was in shock they had no record of me ever calling. They would not help me at all . Over a two month expiration of my warranty. Before we purchased our Nectar bed, my husband was really struggling; he had constant back pain and was experiencing poor sleep quality. However, just a few days after we started using our new mattress, his back pain significantly decreased and he actually began looking forward to bedtime instead of dreading it. I can't recommend Nectar highly enough!

We got the mattress, set it up, and were able to sleep on it the very first night without any problems. Both my husband and I adapted to the new mattress immediately from the first night. We're really pleased with this purchase!
Absolutely terrible, broken base, wrong mattress
Absolutely terrible, lengthy wait for delivery. Limited delivery dates. Wrong size mattress and broken adjustable base delivered. Stuck with these items because there is no company in my area that will come pick up this stuff. Now it’s my responsibility to show proof I’ve lugged these items to the dump or donated them to a charity before I’ll get my money back. For their mistake. Customer service stinks took forever. I’ll be out $2000 if I can’t get this accomplished. Buyer beware.

I haven't had any need to reach out to the company, thanks to the quality of their product. I'm happy to report that the mattress arrived two days ahead of schedule and has certainly lived up to expectations. It did not disappoint.

Don't buy these overpriced low quality mattresses. I splashed out and bought a Nectar mattress when ai moved house, seemed like it had good reviews and ticked the boxes, I saw the 1 year moneyback and lifetime guarantee and thought that was assurance enough. I was wrong after a few months I noticed it divetted and flipped it, thinking nothing of it, it was grand for a year, then about a month after the 1 year moneyback wore out suddenly it became intolerable I messaged them about it and theu said it was past the guarantee and they'd need to send someone to inspect it, but that it wasn't likely to amount to anything, so spent a load of money on an expensive mattress no longer functional
Nightmare on Nectar: Mold-Ridden Mattress and Broken Promises
Disappointed doesn't even begin to describe my experience with the Nectar mattress. Within just 9 months of use, it developed mold, completely undermining its promised comfort and quality. To make matters worse, their customer service was abysmal, showing utter neglect towards honoring their so-called 'lifetime warranty.' A mattress that fails within months and a company that fails to stand behind their product—steer clear of this nightmare.

Poor quality mattress for the money
I had to have my nectar mattress replaced the first time in less than 12 months. The mattress kept having sinking issues in the mattress. I received a new mattress with the guarantee that this one would be firmer and it would hold up. Of course, after 12 months, the sinkholes started again. I sleep on my side and stomach and this has caused issues with my posture since you sink. I just wanted customers to be aware I am not a heavy woman and I sleep alone. This is two times that the same mattress that I spent well over $1500 on is defective. I have to get another mattress now just to be able to sleep comfortably and not wake up in pain.

I would not give even 1 star if there is 0. Nectar is not being responsible for the missing package. No signature required for $800 mattress can you imagine. They asked me to wait and now it's three weeks and still haven't heard from them. They don't think i need mattress to sleep. Called and asked them to submit a ticket for Fedex to come back and pick up the package since the package was delivered a day before I had someone to be there to receive. They said no and told me to leave the package like that overnight. The package went missing that night. I was worrying while packing and driving from New York to the south. They are very irresponsible company could not resolve the problem and left me alone. I am very disappointed.
Poor quality
Poor quality, bed delivered for $200 and after 5 days did not fully expand and layers of foam pushing out of the side of mattress cover and cover with corners not filled.
Nectar, after photos and acknowledgement that mattress was defective, would not refund $200 delivery fee. Many phone calls, 45 minutes on hold. Pick something else - this isn’t IT.

I've tried to order the premier copper bed twice now. Both times it was over 20 days, no updates and no bed!! I've cancelled twice. Terrible customer service!

Do NOT believe the 365 day warranty! they do not honor anything. The mattress was horrible!!!! I tried to call and return the mattress and they wont talk to me. i purchased the mattress and slept terrible. I called to initiate return and they refused sayin to give it more time. Funny, all of the reviews online are handpicked!!!

Purchased a california king mattress
Purchased a california king mattress, was ok, for the first year. rotated and used a waterproof mattress cover as i was advised by nectar. the second year, a slope began in the center of the bed. almost to being collapsed on the edge when you sat down. As I began the process of dealing with customer support, i get the feeling you get when you shopped at "shadys" used cars for your first car in high school. you know how you felt really "dumb" that you believed what the company offered. To sum it up i bought a mattress from another company and dumped the nectar. I never expect much after the sale with any company and nectar is par for the course. to add insult to injury, it was stated my size may be the problem, you judge that one for yourself. i am 6'5" and weigh 198lb.
Overpriced and overhyped
I had purchased a $300 memory foam mattress at Costco several years ago. It’s very comfortable, but I’ve been waking up hot lately, so I decided to look for a cooling mattress. I purchased the Nectar, which came out to over $800 - I figured if it cost more than my old mattress it should be great. I slept on it for four nights, and two mornings I woke up with back pain, which never happens. The Nectar is thin and never expanded all the way to the edges. The pillows are too small for the cases, so they slip around all night. It’s only slightly cooler than my old mattress, despite the Nectar having advanced cooling stuff. I’m trying to return it now.
Horrible product
Horrible product, horrible customer service. Bedfram broke after 1 year of usage and warranty keeps getting pushed by customer service.
Do not buy a Nectar mattress, there are better options

Awful experience! Rip Off. Do not buy their bundle because it is the worst quality I've ever seen! I tried to return it but they said since it was opened they won't return it. As if someone can find out if it's disgusting quality from the box. They are a horrible company and scammers. Do Not Buy from them.

I don’t usually write bad reviews but I do NOT recommend this mattress unless you are happy to replace it after less than 3 years.
I would have rated the mattress and the deliver etc 5 stars for the first 18 months, I loved it, but as other reviewers have found, it started to sag on both sides where we laid and we found ourselves in a dip. As with other reviewers we initially thought our back, and in my case hip pain, were just us but having been on holidays etc where we ve slept on other mattresses we realised what the actual problem was.
I have exchanged many emails with the company (and I have to say they have been very polite and professional) and have had an independent reviewer out who determined that the sagging was within accepted standard. My experience and own photos were not influential in the company’s decision making. And whilst I was constantly ‘assured’ that customer satisfaction was very important to them, unfortunately my experience doesn’t demonstrate that. I was given the option to have a further independent review in 6 months (with the possibility of fast tracking that), whilst having to continue with poor sleep, but the best case scenario they could offer was a like for like replacement of the mattress if a subsequent independent review did agree with my findings. As I didn’t want to have to go through this again in 2-3 years I have had no other reasonable option other than to buy a new mattress and it has reinforced how bad the other one was! I have 3 grown up children so have brought many mattresses over the years and have never had reason to write a negative review before so…In summary, happy for 18 months but if you’re sleeping on this regularly and are looking for longevity you may wish to explore other options.
