Very disappointed
I placed an order for a pool June 30th and the money was removed from my account on June 30th. I paid for quick shipping and have not received my pool. It’s July 15th. I tried to email the address listed on the website and it keeps getting kicked back as a false address.

I am afraid that this is a fraud! I paid for VIP shipping $16 plus $150 for the pool, when I went to see order status said that is processing in China!!! How is that possible!! Now that I am trying to see status my order does not exist!!!! I sent an email but nothing received. I will report this company as a fraud.

Order hasn’t even shipped. Scam?
I purchased a pool from them on 6-28-2000. I paid for express shipping and have still not received my order and it has not been shipped. I’ve tried contacting them several times through email, they have no phone number listed on their website and I get responses back from them that don’t make any sense.

SCAM
Been 5 days since my order and no tracking info, my link to view my order won’t work, and my account to the website has vanished. I’m almost 100% sure these people are trying to rob me.
EDIT:why have they responded here but not to the 3 emails I sent 5 hours before posting my review here?!
EDIT 2: been 2 more weeks and even though I paid 16 for shipping, I’ve gotten absolutely no answer. Other than to a tracking website which is reviewed as being a scam and no one ever getting their product (https://m.17track. net/en/) DO NOT ALLOW YOURSELF TO BE ROBBED. If you placed an order, contact your bank!

I don't even want to leave this 1 star. I also paid for express shipping on 6/28/20 for 8ft 30inch pool still no product. I have been requesting refund and still no refund. I'm wondering if the others that have had the same problem have requested refunds. I am going to take this to the BBB as well. Sorry to see there are others facing the same problem.

Expect 2-4 month shipping from China
I experienced the same problem. I ordered a pool and paid for express shipping to find out 9 days after placing order it's going to be 45 to 55 business days because its being drop shipped from China. The website promised a much sooner delivery date when ordering, arriving by 7/6/20. I didn't even get a response by then. If I receive product I will update, but BEWARE. I may not receive product until snow hits the ground here in NY.
UPDATE: I did receive my pool today. So far it appears to be what I ordered. I will probably wait until spring to set it up at this rate bc it's cooling off here. I will update when I set it up.

Edit: In response to the broken English reply below and my experience after writing the review of the scam company needinhome.com and I have been through multiple discussions on paypal because I am disputing the transaction. They are flat out refusing to refund my money even though I have no product. If you search the email address pentyukhinai5 at gmail.com that the order confirmation and paypal address are associated with, you will see there are other fraudulent companies have been set up with it.
Original review -Paid $16 for express shipping. Come to find out this company is drop shipping from China. Was supposed to be 3-7 days and now I am at 9 and wondering if this company is even legitimate. They have sent me two incorrect email addresses through facebook and are not responsive. If I ever get my product, I will update. If not, I would not purchase from this company. I do understand Covid is making shipping challenging but that is why I paid for the express shipping to avoid any problems.
