I recently bought a jumper for my husband.The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The quality of the product was just lovely. Lovely place to shop if you want something a little bit different.

A lovely atmosphere to shop in and obliging and helpful staff.

I had a choice of 3 jumpers. I couldn’t decide which one. The staff offered to put all 3 behind the counter, taking them off the website to allow me chance to think overnight.
That’s what I call customer service. No pressure to buy; a very personal touch. I am very happy with the one I chose… so thank you.

Staff were helpful but not pushy, which I like!
Interesting and large selection of clothes and accessories for all age groups.
Hadn’t intended to buy a new coat and leisure suit but they were both perfect for me, size and colour wise!
This shop is not cheap, but items are good quality so I feel they charge a relevant price.

Really enjoy going to Nellie and Dove. Everyone there is so welcoming and makes it fun to shop. You never know what you're going to find as the stock changes and new goodies are in store. I also appreciate their honesty as a non confident clothes buyer and they've really made me think i can wear new styles and colours. Love em
