False and misleading information

I specifically asked if there was going to be any other funds or deposits requested before I made my $25 deposit and requested a withdrawal and I was told not only by email but by chat that I would NOT have to pay any other money after the $25 deposit to request a withdrawal and I would get all my winnings. After winning over $900 and requesting a withdrawal of $800, I'm being asked for almost $200 to get the winnings requested.  I will not be sending anything, but I am considering reporting you for FALSE and misleading information.  You got my $25 and I got NOTHING!

I put $25 in my account I won over…

I put $25 in my account I won over $5,000 and now they want a fee to release my winnings. The live chat is not helpful at all. I just want what is owed to me. I’m thinking of reporting this company for fraudulent behavior on their end. I’ve played other online casinos with no issues getting my winnings at all. This is one of the worse ones I’ve dealt with thus far. Would not recommend them.

Idk what to think i got over 3k and cant cash out unless I spend 25$ so we'll see once I cash out so far its decent
