I recently made my third purchase from Custom Neon LED signs, gradually replacing my older traditional neon signs. These new LED signs surpass the old ones in every aspect, making the transition well worth it.

Wanted to surprise my mom with a neon sign for her new summer house. Was hoping to find something special for our family. Checked out some pre-made signs but nothing clicked, except a French Bulldog silhouette. We've got 3 long-haired Chihuahuas, so I sent a custom quote request with a silhouette I found on Google. Kat, a designer, got back to me in a few days with the perfect mock-up! The order arrived quickly, and the cotton candy color looks amazing against the dark wall. This is my second order from them, and first time doing a custom quote. Their expertise, efficiency, and customer care are top-notch. Highly recommend!

I wrote a review, then they try to say that I’m the one trying to get free product and pretty much called me a scammer. Not in the least… I’m only asking for what I actually ordered. I sent screenshots of my order, they agreed to send the usb cable but my sign is NOT RIGHT. The first 3 letters of my sign aren’t the same color as the rest of the word. I sent pictures and video of this and they ignored me! I paid for the remote app capabilities… they sent me the little basic white remote instead. THEY are just taking peoples money and sending them whatever they feel like sending! I would LOVE to share pictures to prove my point but conveniently this review site doesn’t have the option to. 😒 BUYER BEWARE!!! lol but they still send me marketing emails. 🙄

They kept in touch throughout the process, which was great since it takes a while to make and ship. The final products is stunning-exactly what my husband wanted. The light is bright and vivid, and it looks amazing in his gaming area. It's super well-made and sturdy. I'll definitely be back to NeonsignLife for more signs.
