The customer service is friendly and seems to truly believe in the products — which I imagine is easy when they all consist of clean, healthy ingredients.

Ordering is straightforward, and you get what you want in a timely manner. I’ve loved the tallow balm so far, and I plan to order more in the future. In fact, I loved it so much that I had give a jar to my friend so she can experience its properties. The packaging and design is also very attractive.

I purchased this balm because I knew that tallow and manuka honey were good for my skin. I usually use expensive skincare and enjoy taking good care of my skin. I am so pleased with the way my skin looked immediately upon using it. I wear it with makeup and I use a little bit of powder to tone down the shine and it has a great glow. At night I apply it liberally and massage my face. I am really pleased with the results of this balm. My dogs also love the smell. Hehe. I use on my lips, elbows, hands and décolleté also.

First and foremost the customer service is fantastic! I had an issue with my shipment and it was taken care of immediately!! Now, the beef tallow balm is absolutely superb ! I have both the beef tallow balm and the whipped one. They have done wonders to my skin. It’s like an overnight miracle. My skin is bright and looks so glowy. I swear that I’m 17 all over again. I use the balm at night and the whipped for the day. The whipped has a lighter texture so it is better on my skin as I sweat a lot. The magnesium balm is ahhhmazing!! I am a fitness instructor and workout a lot so I have been applying on my sore muscles and it eases the soreness somehow. This is true sorcery and I am under Neptune’s spell!!! This balm absolutely saved my skin. I struggle with rosacea and hyperpigmentation and it completely cleared up! My skin is now smoother, has a more even complexion, and experiences breakouts less frequently. I absolutely love this stuff! Highly recommend for all skin types :)

I love this balm! It's fast absorbing and it's true that a little bit goes a long way. My face gets so dry from acne meds that I need something to moisturize and nourish my sensitive skin. This is the only thing that helps. Thank you so much! Can't wait to order more!

I use their tallow+honey balm. I love the fact that it's natural! I use it on my face, lips, hands and even right under my eyes. It doesn't make me break out which was a worry of mine.

I love Neptune! The products are amazing. I have struggled endlessly to find a moisturizer that I can use and have tried many fancy dermatologist recommended lotions. Every single time I ended up breaking out badly, having scales, redness and embarrassment. I almost gave up and quit wearing any makeup so that I could quit washing my face and try to just get by. Now I use Neptune products to help my skin. I use it morning and night and if I come into contact with an irritant that makes my skin react I use it more to heal my skin. I am truly so grateful.

I bought the Neptune honey balm originally for my mother who has psoriatic arthritis. It has helped soothe her patchy skin and has been healing for her. I started to use it with her as well and it has helped clear my skin up in days compared to anything I have used before. The scent is very pleasant and natural. I saw an ad online for this and decided to give it a try. I’m 36 and am no spring chicken anymore, so I can use all the help I can! I’m extremely sensitive and don’t want to do the botox thing. I’ve been using it a couple weeks now and notice a pretty big difference. My Crows lines are definitely diminishing, and my skin is so much softer. Even got my sister to buy it and she loves it too!
