Do not trust this company!!!!
I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because I had been using them for a while and have got a lot from them and they were always quite helpful and I felt something had happened and there were problems and he seemed like a genuine guy. However now it appears he is disappearing with hundreds of pounds of my money and goods I've paid for and won't reply to any messages or emails at all. Saw today the Facebook messenger account has been disabled. I don't care how serious issues are you don't just take innocent decent hard working peoples money and run as some people myself included simply can't afford to have that happen. Very very low behaviour and I urge everyone to steer well clear if they ever resurface. Cannot be trusted.

items never arrived despite being told several times they will be sent over ‘the next few days’. this has been going on for 8months. they no longer acknowledge emails. avoid, they’re happily ripping people off.

I ordered May/June 2022, Sept 22, Jan 23 and Feb 23 - only received a few items and was owed over £400 - I eventually made a complaint to PayPal and then escalated it two days later with proof of all the emails I had sent with copies of the invoices from Nerd Toys. They are obviously aware of the issues with NerdToys and refunded £350 of my orders within 24 hours - Still owned another £50 - as this was over 12 months old, will have to do it again. If you paid by Crdit Card or PayPal you will get your money back. Don't give up

I pre-ordered an item in September 2020. I'm aware that delays can happen, especially with collectables coming from the US, and didn't contact chasing my pre-order until May 2022. I was informed that stock was due any day - nothing was received. I contacted again in October 2022 asking for my pre-order to be cancelled as it had now been over two years since it was placed. After a lot of back and forth, my pre-order was finally cancelled in December but I did not receive my refund straight away. I had to email multiple times throughout January to get my refund. The number of times I had to email Jason to first get my pre-order cancelled, and then receive the actual refund was ridiculous. I work in customer service myself and I was quite frankly disgusted about how my situation was handled. Going from recent reviews, it looks like I was one of the lucky ones to get my refund. Once I received my refund Jason had asked if I could remove my review and stupidly I did. I know how reviews can effect businesses and thought maybe I was an isolated incident (most reviews on here at the time of my issue were positive), however seeing how many people are now having what sounds like the exact same issue that I had I felt like I needed to post this again. I also found it INSANE that an email was sent listing all of these reasons as to why there may have been recent issues with people's orders, but none of the reasons excuse the fact that Nerd Toys is basically stealing people's money. Please, please, please avoid this company. They are no longer reliable.

been waiting on 2 pre orders one since Nov 2021 and the other march 2022 loads of emails and excuses over damaged stock and shipping delays even offer a refund and a free figure a month or so ago but again nothing and now no contact through any email or phone :( absolutely fuming as this company have have loads of money from me over the years and where always fine but obviously now just scammers and left me out of pocket for hundreds

i wasn't going to write a review, before the start of this year i would have given 5 stars, excellent customer service, packed well, good prices . that all changed at start of this year , i had forgotten about a pre order i had from last august that i hadn't had sent, i got a quick response and my order duly dispatched. i had a pre order for items released in march this year that i pre ordered last year, i chased up on this no response, numerous unanswered e-mails later here i am. out of pocket for £107, i wanted my order but now i just want a refund. the e-mail that was sent few weeks ago that everyone got, i was sorry for Jason with his troubles, i was going to give him a chance but hes blown that now, i had hoped Nerd Toys would have "bounced back" now i think hes just a crook.

Waiting for a February pre order. Emailed 3 times for an update with no reply. Asked for a refund and you guessed it no reply ....... Avoid at all costs. After looking at other reviews it appears I won't get my item or my money back. I feel like I've been professionally mugged!

Used to use these guys a lot for Mcfarlane stuff, never had an issue until the past year, have a few pre-orders that have not been sent and have sent several correspondence to cancel and be refunded… no replies received…
I went to check their socials and surprise surprise, facebook page deleted and insta reduced to 0 posts, looks like we’ve all been scammed and ghosted, DO NOT PRE-ORDER/BUY from this company, it appears their website is still up and running but trust me, you won’t receive your orders and will be left out of pocket, that’s the last time I support a smaller business, I’ll just use mainstream stores and pay a bit extra, at least I’ll get what I pay for…

Cancelled my preorder as I’d been waiting over 6 months for the item and was told I’d get my money back within 5 working days, it has been over a month and not responding to emails.

DO NOT BUY avoid used to order from them with no issues then had a preorder in May 2022 with a Q2 2022 release! I kept chasing via emails always same excuse dispatch and delivery issues then saw other stores selling item instock and now getting ignored! AVOID don’t give them your business!

sadly can’t give zero stars. are they still trading? shocking that the website still seems to be taking orders? absolutely useless , some bleating ‘how tough is the world’ email a few weeks back (that read as if written by a five year old) and no response to any emails - to any of their addresses. reading some of the reviews / comments on here , i am relieved that it is only one issue and separate preorder that is in question. the joke is - they probably don’t care - either laughing at us all or crying into a hankie about how ‘mean the business world is’ . Has anyone tried going to the premises? zero points , absolutely avoid.

Absolute scammers! Pre ordered an item and now I’m £379 out of pocket! I contacted the bank and the time frame of 120 days has elapsed and there’s nothing that can be done! I’m fuming!DO NOT BUY from these fraudsters!

Never had any problems in the past, up until this year for reasons explained in the flash email & some probably personal and undisclosed there’s been some delays at nerdtoys, I was really worried the past few weeks as there was a loss of communication BUT Jason has come through with 2 of my most wanted items which I’m VERY greatful for, the third item I’ve decided to cancel and hold off as it’s not a must have for me and to be honest I can always pick that up at a later date. Jason Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou!!! I wish you and your business all the best in getting back to 100%. If anything this experience has made me realise Is to have abit more faith in people & that Patience is a virtue! Thankyou again Jason nerdtoys!!
Paid for an item through partial.ly and…
Paid for an item through partial.ly and its in stock in other stores. No reply from my emails and no number available to call. I contacted partial.ly and they fobbed me off so I uave now contacted my bank so fingers crossed I get the cost of the HT Tumbler back. Avoid both nerd toys and partial.ly as if anything goes wrong partially will also leave you high n dry.
