Excellent service

Quick delivery and turn-around. Initial item was not available but suggested for a slight upgrade for the same price.

Bought a cpu expecting next day delivery. Did not receive a delivery dispatch so I emailed the company. They said that the sale was missed on their end and they didn’t have the pc in stock so refund was processed on the same day. I understand that mistakes can happen but this was one thing after another. Didn’t even offer an alternative.

Purchsed as a back up pc running windows 10 pro. Ordered on a Thursday and i rang the company and asked if i could collect as by luck their warehouse was close to me to do that. They were very helpfull and very polite and agreed it would be ready next day. I then collected it and it was very well packaged and again the handover staff could not be more helpful.
As for the desk top, it was as described. Had a few scratches on case as expected as the tend to come from industry enviroments where IT departments are not the most carefull. It came Loaded with windows 10 pro which still has plenty of life. This is a back up machine for me but is more than enough for those who's daily task is e mails and surf the web. Easy to install 3party software, ie open office so you have a fully functioning machine for other purposes / office functions. Excellent value. It has also saved a machine from the the scrap heap. Will use this company again as i need to. Thankyou

Though there were some initial issues, namely, incorrect OS and system un-activated. These were resolved reasonably quickly by their support service. The machine is running fine since.

Great service, PC came with a SSD, which was a fabulous bonus. The unit was delivered promptly and very well packaged. Turning on was a plug and play experience with the PC. There were no issues and the PC runs quietly. I am used to a PC with an I7 1st generation processor and miniscule 6gb of ram, as such I was amazed at how quickly the system booted up. Thank you Nesatech. I would definitely buy from this company again and have recommended them to my friends.

Nesatech were helpful with my telephone enquiry, and I subsequently made my order online. The monitor screen arrived the next day, well packed and protected, and it works perfectly.

No issue with the company as a whole. Just a guy named of Chris. Poor customer service and Very rude. Didn’t want to help after my parcel was smashed around in transit. Didn’t want to take any responsibility for the poor packaging offered me £10 for refund for my broken computer. Their fast to take your money. Wouldn’t use them again.
