Will not refund you if you cancel
I could not recommend this company at all. We booked via Booking.Com thinking that Nestee Serviced Apartments in Central Torquay TQ1 2LA were a vetted company, how wrong we were! We paid for 4 nights accommodation in May 2025 for a short break in October 2025. They had a set of cancellation charges applicable which was fine, we didn't intend on cancelling. We paid over £342 and a few days before we were due to travel, my partner was taken very ill and we had to cancel. Cost of cancellation was set at £136.80 so we apologised to Glynn at Nestee, and accepted the cancellation charge. However, here we are on 15th December 2025 still with no refund given and Nestee are ignoring all messages from myself and the dispute centre at Booking.com. Our partial refund is still outstanding. They will not refund anything so I am advising potential customers of how this company will treat you if you have to cancel unexpectedly. They will take your money and will not refund at all so their cancellation policy is a joke!
