after eight mint dark chocolate mouse ,hopeless so thin watery not much mint flavour ,there is alo af air in them ,never buy again ripoff. it is wipped so thin watery a real disapointing ripoff.

I was given a role Easter egg. So disappointed it has been a while since I tasted a rolo but I do not remember it tasting so poor. I guess nestle has lost its way. What a shame. Had to thrown the rest of the packet out, it was that bad!

I recently purchased one of your Toffee Crisp Easter eggs and was very disappointed. The chocolate tasted low quality and left an unpleasant aftertaste. I won’t be buying this again, which is a shame as it used to be one of my favourite chocolates growing up.

We opened two separate items from this company over Christmas.
The first their flagship Quality Street.. unfortunately Quality is was not.
Apart from the shrinkage of my husband's favourite the Green Triangle....it's so small
I like the creams...so imagine my shock to open one to find the bottom covered on a white substance, I thought it was the cream, but on biting into it the cream filling was more like nougat
I tried a couple more and the same.
We contacted Nestle and was asked to post back the tub at no cost to ourselves
We did and were reimbursed with £5...
As we all know the tubs were going for more than that around Christmas, so disappointed.
Onto number our 2nd product...another Christmas favourite..After Eights..
Again we found the white residue on the bottom of each one and again the centre was not creamy....we again contacted Nestle and were automatically awarded £4.... How we were treated this time, made me think they know they have a problem

What on earth has happened to Dairy Box? I have just opened this large box...and was gobsmacked.....there are 31 chocolates..,,all the size of my thumbnail....and they taste nothing like the Dairy Box of old. Will never buy another box again. Shocked!

I last tried Quality Street in the 90s, and it’s such a shame to see what it has become. This is a clear example of how greed and profit have completely ruined what was once a highly desirable chocolate box.
Now, every chocolate tastes the same, the chocolate itself is poor quality, and the wrapping looks and feels cheap.
What was once a treat has been stripped of its charm, flavour, and quality. Truly disappointing.

I’ve been drinking the mint mocha and green triangle mocha for awhile and absolutely love them. I’ve recently tried the tiramisu latte. It’s got an underlining taste similar to tiramisu but honestly best comparison would be McDonald’s banana milkshake but hot? not bad but a little weird haha

Quality Street not any more. Wax wrappers soak up plastic taste from the wrapper and container. Too chemical aftertaste sweet and chemical flavouring overpowering. Same with all there other chocolate especially Aero. 100% sticking with Cadburys from now on. We British have always had the best chocolate and now it tastes like foreign rubbish. Everyone is saying the same but Nestle will not listen. Their own fault when they go bust.

Given a Dairy Box as part of a welcome pack in a holiday apartment. These have to be the worst chocolates I have ever eaten. Any flavour is overpowered by a cloying sweetness and with only a difference in texture to distinguish them. Uneatable.

Why does all your chocolate leave a barnyard flavour in your mouth once it's finished? I've tried smarties Easter egg and new yorkie brownie bar. I couldn't finish them. I let a friend try it too ,it wasn't just my taste buds that were offended! Is the bovair chemical nop3 from the cow feed I taste??! I'm gonna guess yes! It DOES end up in the milk and meat but in "exeptable" small quantities. So how much dairy and meat a day is too much? What is the side effect of too much nop3 /bovair? Stop using cheap ingredients and charging us more for less and your profits might go back up!! Gross behaviour, disgusting products! Ps also your fruit pastilles now taste like soap, nasty

I had a box of Dairy Box as a gift. They were always my favourite, what the heck has happened to them?! They are vile, all I could taste was cheap chocolate and loads of sugar. No original chocolates in the box. Disgusting, I feel bad as they were a gift, but I’ll never ever buy them.

I’ve been buying felix ocean treats 40 pouch size at 2 boxes per month for my 3 Tom cats for many years via Tesco. first they reduced the size recently which I have to use more every day, compared to before, now for every 2 or 3 packs I open they is very little meat and it’s just jelly… disgusting behaviour for a well known company.. and the price they charge is just plain wrong.. I am a single woman unable to work so it’s not easy having to cope with this kind of situation

I informed Nestle that a packet of their Rowntree Fruit Pastilles contained sweets that had clearly been contaminated in some way because they tasted strongly of soap, not fruit. I received an email saying that I would receive a response in the post. I received nothing. I followed up with saying I hoped the response wouldn't simply be a voucher because I expected them to investigate what had caused the contamination. I had told them that I had retained one of the affected sweets and was thankful I hadn't actually become ill from it.

The reply I had confirmed that all they had done was send a voucher - one that I hadn't even received. They told me another had been sent, I still haven't received it.

On the odd occasion I've found something wrong with products from other companies they have provided me with the means to return it to them for investigation. Nestle couldn't care less what happened, how it happened or how they can stop it happening again. It is unacceptable to sell a contimated product and to fob me off with a non-existent voucher.

huge disappointment, chocolate like plastic, cream centres fondants, no hard centres, thin chocolate and all tasted the same, very bland. Black Magic was my favourite will not buy again.

toffee crisp. a pathetic resemblance to the original, what an absolute let down, nothing like they used to be, in fact nothing like a toffee crisp, you should be embarrassed to sell them as a toffee crisp.

I bought Nestle pure life water for over a year.After 3 months I started to come out in a rash and have a bad smell coming from my nose.This smell was like a chemical smell and I could not get rid of it.I was told I had a reaction to something but I didn’t know what.so l started to stop eating things and drinking tea and coffee but the smell was still there.my doctor couldn’t get to the bottom of this and I tried many creams to get rid of the rash but every thing failed.last week I decided to stop drinking this chemical water and would you believe my rash and smell has gone away.Nestle pure life water should be taken of the shelf’s because it not fit for human consumption or even animal consumption.Mr Rees

Will be shopping for Mars Sheba cat food from now on, emailed Purina, they got back saying customers asked for packs to be made smaller, 100g to 85g as most owners complained that the cat couldn’t finish, and the food would be left to smell, they also come in plastic pouches now, potentially poisoning my cats? No notice on the box of reduced size, price was the same for 40 pack, picked it up, moved on, got home opened packaging, the felt smaller, now seamed at the bottom same as the top. Shocking, also, people aren’t that stupid that to know that the old foil packaging could be folded over to keep half pack fresh, sometimes my cat would beg for more after 100g pack, so I would sometimes give in, open a pack, give her half, then the other half later (healthy cat, not over weight) that’s 6 packs less in a 40 jumbo pack, imagine the meeting, someone said, why don’t we make the packs smaller, keep the emails where one or two did complain about the pack sizes being too big, and say they were the majority, they won’t know! Well done, let’s do that! Unbelievable, they think we’re as naive as them. I’m done, no turning back, no more Purina products for cats including Go/Cat which they also had after their Felix as good as it looks, now I’m off to watch a YouTube video about Nestle, which my sister sent me after I told her about this scam, titled “Nestle’s Darkest Secret: The disturbing truth”

Truly disgusting and no doubt damaging rubbish!! Everything tastes like s**t and companies that they took over, well their products are wrecked now too. Don't even go anywhere near a Kitkat, it's all gone and no doubt highly dangerous for people to eat so please, avoid it
