This is the second time I've used Stephen at Nest Surveyors to undertake a house survey. We were recommended Stephen when we bought a property in Suffolk a few years ago. He was thorough and helpful and detailed in the whole process and very happy to talk numerous calls from me to work my way through the survey. I am in the process of another purchase and had been recommended a surveyor from the estate agent I'm using but I chose to go with Stephen. And once again he has been marvellous, phoning me immediately after doing the survey to talk through points before I receive the survey. Excellent service and I will keep going back to the same company.

I recently employed Nest Surveyors to carry out a survey on a property I was interested in purchasing and I have to say they were absolutely brilliant. The survey was very thorough and the details were clear and easy for me to understand.
The entire process was straight forward and without complication. I would definitely use them again and I would have no doubts recommending their services. 10/10

i used Nest to carry out a level 3 survey on a grade 2 listed property. They were extremely professional, thorough and their price was reasonable. Their findings in the survey were pragmatic, insightful and very detailed.

I used this firm for a RICS Valuation.
I had to chase receipt of payment.
I queried the Valuation once received as it came in lower than a RICS valuation from another firm from 12 months ago, despite no dip in property prices as shown by Land Registry.
The reply I received quoted property prices not at all comparable with my own and contained incorrect Information regarding another property on my development!
The surveyor Mr Thirkettle, even went as far as to state that if a flat on the same floor sells for less than mine, my own will be even less, even though my flat is about twice the size,as all the properties on my floor differ hugely in size!
I most definitely would NOT recommend!

STAY AWAY DO NOT USE!! Terrible company, Went in to do a survey. The valuation was all wrong. I was told over the phone that payment would only be required when the report is needed. I offered to pay half of the money for just the photo that were taken and told them no longer to write up the report. They have then been threatening me to pay near the full amount. STAY AWAY DO NOT USE
