Casi no pedí por las reseñas mezcladas online. La verdad es que no las entiendo. Pedí allí porque tenían un molino de exposición a buen precio. Inmediatamente me contactaron (el sábado) diciéndome que me había equivocado de modelo de molino y que no funcionaría con la máquina que había pedido. Les pregunté si podrían adaptarlo con cuchillas diferentes y me respondieron que lo harían, cobrando solo 25 € por el trabajo. Luego noté que tampoco me valdría y me ofrecieron otro modelo. El lunes enviaron todo (cafetera y accesorios) y el martes al mediodía tenía todo en casa. ¡Muchísimas gracias!

Una buena valoración es importante cuando es merecida y en este caso 5 estrellas por la buena atención a mis dudas y otras 5 por la rapidez de envío,una buena experiencia volveré a comprarles.
Espero que si hay algún problema sigan siendo igual de profesionales

Peor servicio que me han dado en mi vida.

El servicio portventa es nefasto. Se lavan las manos para tramitar la garantía y echan la culpa al cliente. Como dice algún cliente más, el tal Andreu Codina, no se de dónde lo han an sacado, pero la falta de profesionalidad, la poca educación, y nula capacidad para desempeñar un cargo que conlleve alguna responsabilidad, deja a la empresa a la altura del betún; debe pensarse que está todavia en el patio del colegio cambiando cromos. He tramitado denuncia en consumo y veremos cómo acaba está historia, Quién compre aquí, ya sabe a lo que se expone cuando quiera reclamar.

Surprisingly good service

Long time ago I bought an espresso-machine from Rocket and after almost five years of extensive daily use, it really broke down. I looked up where I bought it and got in touch with Net-Espresso. Apparently the support-number is from the chief in charge himself (a friendly and efficient dude named Andreu). He gave me brief telephone support and after the suggested steps did not work I went to their office/storage to drop off the machine. The mechanic (Marc) was super nice, took time to explain everything and fixed the machine whilst providing lots of pictures from the repairs he did. He explained basically every part of the invoice and what he did with the machine. Seldomly got a great service like this. Would always buy here again and will bring my machine there every 3 years now for an overhaul of the parts to avoid a situation like this (basically limestone in almost every part of the machine where water flows). Tras mantener una conversación con Andreu Codina para la adquisición de un molino Eureka Mignon Specialitá de Show-room, le sugiero que me facilite fotos para ver el estado. Me contesta que después me las mandará. Sin obtener ninguna respuesta, me decido a consultar en E.cafe.es, en menos de 18h tenia el molino en mi casa y una gran atención.
Tal como está el mercado hay que dar mejor servicio y si esto es para vender no me imagino cuando se plantee un problema. Espero que modifiquen su procedimiento de trabajo. Gracias.

I have dealt with this store many times and they have been very cooperative. Even the unavailable parts are ordered from the factory and provided at a price considered the lowest in Europe. I recommend dealing with them

Horrible overall experience, i ordered a part for a moka pot, but instead of the 16.45 euros they declared 1645 euros value for FedEx, so FedEx billed me for 400 pounds import tax, they refuse to acknowledge their mistake, and tried to lie their way out of the situation. They haven't even apologized and the issue has been going on for months, it seems it will have to be resolved in court. I will never use them again and I don't recommend anyone to.

Hice una compra de una cafetera y un molino, 3000€ aprox en total. La compra fue bien, entre otras cosas porque estaba en stock y fui a recogerlo. Los problemas vienen cuando tienes algún problema, en mi caso venía rota la tapa del molino. Te dan largas y te dicen que “ya te enviaremos” un repuesto de la tapa, días en contestar y se nota que no están orientados al cliente. La atención vía whatsapp es lamentable, muy amateur, dando nombres propios de trabajadores de la propia empresa, entrando en valoraciones innecesarias del tipo “la tapa no te impide moler el café”… sin soluciones y dando largas injustificables. La web no transmite nada de confianza, parece scam y no es para tanto, pero desde luego la dejadez, las malas formas y la falta de profesionalidad son palpables. No recomiendo que compréis en esta tienda.

A replacement part for my machine arrived broken. I was accused of sharing a picture of the original broken part and was asked to share a picture of both parts side by side (which I did). The company then went silent until I engaged PayPal. For the full return I was given vague instructions to make the part they sent me unusable. Avoid this company.

Really really great service. We ordered a Rocket coffeemachine + grinder + etc. Everything came fast and just went very smooth. So if you are in the market for a new machine, this is where you shall buy it
