If I could give them less stars I would. Ordered a product in MAY after over a month of it leaving and returning to the same distribution center, multiple emails and texts I just request a chargeback through my cc. IMMEDIATELY they personally send an email asking me to cancel the chargeback if they get the item to me. ITS A MIRACLE they found the item and it's delivered. I'm out of town, and upon return open the item to find it broken. Send an email and I am offered a refund. I take the refund. It has now been a month and half with no refund and only one response to many emails apologizing for no refund. Opened another chargeback...

Well disappointed doesn't cover it, dreadful quality, dreadful performance and if thats whisper quiet then your designer and manufacturers need their heads banging together. Total waste of money. I emailed about getting a refund but never heard back

Product wasnt delivered was told inwould get a refund and have not. No longer responding to my email or returning calls.

UPDATE. I filed a dispute with my bank as well as filed the complaint with the Better Business Bureau and received a full refund. I will never do Business with this company ever again. Reading other reviews, I see that most people had the exact same experience as me, so I am wondering if the three positive reviews might be people who work for the company.

The worst company ever. I was sold a second hand personal product like this. The box was not sealed and there were no. Instructions and it smelt like it had been used. If you would like to catch an STD then definitely buy Nethervibes products. When I complained their response was the sealed packaging was removed due to compression in transportation. So inside the package the plastic seal that was on the second product just vanished inside the outer package just like magic. Such shonky scammers don’t buy from this company. Also it is a cheap product from China called a red lip not even Nethervibe. I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star rating as that’s too generous.

8 weeks since I ordered an item, 23 e mails requesting a refund as it has never arrived, I have been told that my refund is on its way 3 times. Completely ignore anything they tell you on their Web site. It is a total scam,

Didn't have to wait that long yeah its in a red lip box but if u read there page properly it says it comes from China its not to hard or ruff it does what its supposed to do no problems charging it or using it very good toy and definitely worth it

Scam company customer service never get back to you to return bad non working product .do chargeback with your bank

What you receive is a $10 Temu version of the product advertised. It's overpriced cheap garbage. When you reach out to customer service about it, the respond with , "we have forwarded your request to our team for review. We will update you once we receive further feedback regarding your case." and then you never hear anything again. It's a scam site, period.

Item delivered damaged. Doesn’t do what it claims. Customer services a joke. 60 day money back guarantee is non-existent.
DONT’T BUY.

Stay away from this company! Never received my item! They won’t answer emails, fake phone number! Big scamming company! Product ships from China it’s been a month and the product never showed up! They told PayPal it was delivered by USPS! No USPS tracking number available and PayPal will not refund my money! They need to be turned into the Federal Trade Commission!

This was the worst customer service and product I have ever purchased in my life and I have bought plenty of things that weren’t the quality I had hope for. That being said it took almost 30days to receive the item. It came with a small charge but would not recharge. The quality was terrible. The charger was a joke and wouldn’t stay connected unless you angled it just right and when I asked to return it or get a refund they wanted to see it in use. I couldn’t believe it, it’s a vibrator sold as a pelvic floor strengthener, and it wouldn’t charge so I couldn’t even turn it on, but show you a video of it in use? They also wouldn’t take it back because it was opened. How the heck would I know something was wrong with it without opening it. Anyway if you’re considering this item please stay away and go somewhere else. I am out $70 bucks but if I can save even one person the same hassle and loss of money than it makes it a little less annoying.

Was missing the 4th zone attachment and they refuse to send it. They just keep sending the manual when I inquire. Total scam of a company!!

Amazing customer service! Great product would highly recommend their Luxe one , have all their models and thought i should leave a review since they honestly sell the best toys online! Thanks again to their team they took 1 2 days to respond but got my order fast.

I would strongly recommend avoiding NetherVibe.

I placed an order for around $80, and the experience has been nothing but frustration from start to finish.

My package was initially tracking normally through New Jersey, then was inexplicably routed to Arizona—even though I'm in Ohio—where it sat without movement for roughly 10 days. After that, I contacted customer service to find out what was going on. I received no response whatsoever.

A few days later, I got a text message from a NetherVibe representative trying to sell me additional products. Ironically, that was the first actual communication I'd received from the company. I replied, asking why I would buy anything else from a company that couldn't even respond to a customer service inquiry about an $80 order that I still hadn't received. The representative said they would forward my concerns to the appropriate team.

Nothing happened.

I sent another email. Still no response.

Then things got even stranger. When I checked the tracking again, the entire tracking history had somehow changed. Instead of showing the package stuck in Arizona, it now claimed it had been delivered over a week earlier by a courier called WanB Express, supposedly "at the mailbox."

It absolutely was not delivered.

I've lived here long enough to know missing deliveries are extremely rare. In fact, neighbors have previously brought me packages that were accidentally left at the wrong apartment, so theft is not an ongoing issue. As far as I'm concerned, the package never arrived.

To make matters worse, WanB Express appears to have no meaningful customer support, and their reputation online is poor. NetherVibe, meanwhile, has continued to ignore every email I've sent.

So at the end of this experience, I'm out $80, I have no product, no refund, no replacement, and essentially no customer service.

Mistakes happen with shipping. Ignoring customers after they report those mistakes is a choice. That's why I'm leaving this review.
