I ordered the wrong item, so that’s my fault but having tried several times to enquire about the return policy nobody at this business has replied to me.
I have tried several different ways of contacting them, to no avail.
Product may well be fine, but the follow up service is very poor.

One star is too many
One star is too many. Customer service is a joke. They do nothing. They just took my device for repair because it broke in the second month and that's it. No information, no nothing. We were clearly scammed. I will not buy anything from them.

Slow to the point of glacial, couldn’t care less about your problems, sent me the wrong replacement item because they have no clue what there doing and even now 2 weeks after I had to pay to return this item I still have not received a refund.
I sold the air Conditioner I had as lost all faith in this company - proceed with caution!
