Working ok.

Sorry to say that even NOW I AM STILL WAITING for SOMEONE at your Company to try and sort out the PROBLEM with à REPLACEMENT CHAIN. For my 2 in 1 pole hedge cutter and chainsaw.

I couldn’t find an exact replacement remote but was able to find a comparable remote which was delivered next day and is perfect for my fan AND it did not cost much either

Non existent customer service and useless website.
The instruction manual for the 4 in 1 Pole Hedge Trimmer and Chainsaw points you to their website in order to find replacements for it.
I need a new chain for the pruner and is it there? Of course not.
There's a chat box which no one answers.
Also, sadly their chainsaw pruner isn't standard and it's impossible to find a compatible replacement from a third party.

Terrible quality and customer service. I bought two Netta 36 inch oscillating fans from Amazon 6 weeks ago. However, one of the fans now struggles to start in either of the first two speeds. It takes over 6 minutes for the first or second speed to reach the output. I contacted Amazon and they said to contact Netta directly. I sent a message to them via their website and used their “chat” function… I’m still waiting for a reply from either of those two sources.

The product is incorrectly described on the Netta website. The blade length is 50cm, not 55cm.

Great product light weight useful as we are getting older would be better if it was sold with 2 batteries though I got a 2nd easly direct from you very happy with swift service and your website easy to use

Great service, I ordered a spare battery for my hedge trimmer, but accidentally added the wrong battery. NETTA contacted me to let me know I had selected the wrong battery and asked if I wanted them to send the correct battery instead. They saved me a lot of hassle of returning the wrong battery, was very pleased with the service and would recommend them.
