Do not work for this company as I had dealings with HR who are working with Kevin who is operations manager for Network Plus from Brighouse who told me the job wasn’t for me as was collecting car a week later and then denied all acknowledgment that he said that and when I raised this with HR they brought me back in work and sacked me again same day which is unfair dismissal. Unfortunately for Kevin I saved all WhatsApp messages clearly stating what job are you good at.

Even though each city should have 1 manager per city but Kevin gave me 2 cities to manage on my own for 6 months without support on telecoms.

Network plus went on Kev’s report and not investigated.

Now I have evidence which has been submitted to network plus I am sueing for unfair dismissal.

Also Network Plus I have all emails to proof I was working on 2 cities as well.

Kev is also a bully boy who hates being spoke down to when he is wrong especially when I had to teach him how to understand maps in telecoms and he’s operations manager.

Also far as I’m away you have had to amend a lot of issues on CityFibre network due to your incompetence.

Recently had these guys working in conjunction with Severn Trent. Very professional and very polite people. Came to timetable as agreed and whilst the work was done on the path outside my property I was treated in a customer first manner

Network plus ( NP ) are in effect the contracting arm of yorkshire water ( YW) . V237793-21
Two mess ups ;
1 . A water connection due to be made on 5/7 had to be cancelled at the 11 th hour because despite me ordering a 32mm connection the job was booked with a 25mm connection . 

2 . The Job was rebooked for Friday 23/8/24 . My ground work contractor dug the hole in the morning and NP did not even show up to make the connection . On Sunday YW advised me the connection would be rebooked for 5/9 -,some 13 days later . YW and NP Seem to have no appreciation that a 6 foot hole in a field ( now filling up with water ) represents a danger to animals and children. 
No risk assessment . No customer focus or desire to put things right . NP clearly should have rung me on Friday and told me not to dig the hole . Why didn’t they even bother to do that - instead waiting for 2 days and then sending me an email saying they were going to be 2 weeks late .
If NP’s / YW executive directors were compensated , in part at least, according to customer satisfaction levels , then their service levels wouid improve considerably . NP should be managed and rewarded according to how well they met service level standards and achieved acceptable levels of customer satisfaction .

Hands down the worst company I have ever worked for , poor management, poor communication skills . Penny pinching muppets

Advised I needed a new gas meter and arranged an appointment. The fitter has not turned up or contacted me to advise the appointment has been cancelled. I have just wasted 4 hours of a day off on a sunny Saturday morning. Hopeless service with phones not being answered.
Please do not bother me again.

I would like to say a very big Thank you to Stefan who called recently to inspect and replace my water meter.
Stefan took his time and proceeded with care and patience in extracting the meter, whilst taking me through this procedure. He was calm, efficient and trustworthy and really is such a great asset to Network Plus. I am most grateful for all his help and efforts that day and cannot recommend him high enough.

Excited to work with network plus and there clients installing water meters externally in the uk

A neighbour works for Network Plus and he brings his LWB van and sometimes other equipment such as diggers home with him, which cause a nuisance, they also have 3 cars!! We live on a narrow residential road, which he doesn’t seem to understand. Network Plus should not allow their staff to store company vehicles at home.

I am trying to contact Network plus - as advised by Severn Trent.
It is impossible, the phone just rings out, and when I
tried another number answerphone clicked in, I left two
messages and nobody has called me back.
I then in desperation tried emailing - but to date no response.
If this is an indication of their service is is dreadful.

I would like to take this opportunity to say what a fantastic team came out to us today to fix our driveway following emergency work by national grid.
The guys were clean tidy efficient and polite. They completed the work to a high standard and made sure we were happy with the results.
Thankyou to your guys, I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Pathetic,poor service,meter exchange supposedly no hassle,got a leak on the day it was switched 8th Aug,sent someone to look at it today and never even attempted to resolve it,so i guess he aint a qualified plumber,if this is true then surely my insurer needs to know that they are not certified to carry out the work
