We had a complex analytics project that needed expert leadership. We operate a luxury jewelry brand and needed a model out the optimal marketing mix for the upcoming holiday season (in 2023) based on prior year results. We had data spread across 8 different systems and needed someone to saw it together, and visualize it, in a way that it could be modeled for this purpose. Jason brought on a small team, consisting of one a data scientist and a developer. He managed the project very well, producing a model that helped our marketing team produce ROAS+12% from prior year. At out level of spend, that produced a significant revenue boost. Needless to say, we were very pleased with the results.
